Please get new software -- Jazz has great software, Heritage has great software, hell, I don't even care if you use the 80s Atari graphics that Greek uses -- just please -- change it if you want to be a good book.

Don't worry, I live in Wisconsin and it runs like a piece of shit here too. Crashes my browser daily and just crashed my entire browser 3 times in last 5 minutes. Always nice to have to re-login at every book again because of your fuckass software.

how is there not a decent website now? something needs to be done. customers have known the site was no good for months. first came denial, now they admit a problem. i dont know computers, but shouldnt IT guys be able to fix or build a new website in a matter of days? a week tops?

Was shut out of many bets today; all losers; saved about $200 by not getting bets in. Friends also got shut out; so it's not just me. Website spins and spins or doesn't finalize bet after hitting submit. You got best parlay odds, excellent customer service and fast ** payouts, but the worst website. A confusing and hard to understand site and all sorts of tech glitches. Having a video tutorial on how to bet shows how confusing and bad the site is. Alex; you NEVER should have changed your old site and you NEVER should have been so stubborn as to not change back to old site when everyone hated the new site

the first step to a solution is understanding that there is a problem. at least customer service is not aware of much of an issue:
