Betonline: No reported issues on Saturday

I am glad you are working on website performance issues. Not meaning to be a pisser but I had a couple slow times on the website yesterday where it stalled for extended periods. But I'll keep working with you.

Also very important: you need to make it so players can sort games by rotation number. This is a very basic thing that is particularly necessary on an NCAAF Saturday with all those games.

I am liking Betonline a lot these days but whenever I go to sort games by rot# - and I am reminded that I can't - it is a pretty big black mark.

I am glad you are working to resolve your performance issues, but for me the damage has been done. On at least 3 separate occasions, I was shut out of a winner (and one loser) because of the website being down. I've decided to not play there again until there is a track record of up-time.

Guys I am here to tell you I used BetOnline a year ago and things were kinda rocky but since Alex came on board this book is on their way up with a bullet. I normally use BetJamaica,Bookmaker,5Dimes, VIP.com and BetOnline but with all the stuff Alex has done to dress this book up I am moving more of my cash over there. Just another tidbit,the customer service there could be better right now. Clark and Will make sure I have everything I need before I need it. In the past it was shakey at best but I am happy now and I am really hard to please because the other books I names spoil me. If there is any doubt whether or not you should give them another chance the answer is yes. If I could warn of anything at all I would say to always read the T&C's on all the promotions offered because I missed one and tried to claim my mulligan bet for a sport that it wasnt available on because I hadnt read them myself. I was a jackass I guess or just in a hurry.

Yeah, why do you think you had no issues?

I couldn't get on, froze after log in trying to get to sports section.

Finally had to go to the Greek to bet. Where you always get on first time everytime.

site was better then its been since football started- no question. site ran worse then 90% + of the other books out there-no question.

Really appreciate you PMing me with your location and/or player id if you had issues--problems seem isolated at best but any info will help us get it cleaned up. If you're in the phillipines or colombia rather than say Edgar, Wisconsin.... not an excuse just need to know!

We ARE trying to raise the game with the first skin over an ASI base that I've seen in yonks--such is the price we pay for "progress."

I don't have problems logging in, but it frequently stalled this weekend on either "confirming bet" or "submitting bet", meaning I have to refresh the browser, pull up the ticket and try submitting again. I'm in Australia FWIW.

Also re: payment processors; in the past you couldn't pay out via Moneybookers (but could accept deposits). Has that changed / will it?

Betonline: I do like you guys, but I agree wholeheartedly with an earlier poster. Gee-zus, Games need to be listed by rotation number. Very painstaking to scroll thru all of college foots(and then maybe again) to find a game. Also, I still need to log in twice. First to list all games and the again the bring up the boxes needed to wager.

They don't sort that rotation number on purpose to slow you scalpers down. As you know, BetOnline is very quick to move lines and will use any extra second it can get.

site froze up on me in the middle of halftime. tryed logging back in could not get back to sports. would not go. i was using firefox like i was told. could not bet online at betonline during halftime. i am in america. what can i do to access the website???

used to be that u had to call in to use these free plays. i would like to know if these can be used now on the internet. this is why i never redeemed them, i dislike calling and giving out my password.

at the post office, we have some carriers that are constantly delivering mail to the wrong addresses. a daily occurrence for some. often times the people who call and complain get little satisfaction from the replies of management and after a while give up and stop calling.

perhaps betonline is experiencing the same type of behaviour. punters are getting so used to the website working poorly that they have given up calling to complain about it. it is funny that they would come on here and say that the website was hassle free for 1 day. it just ain't so!

i do still have issues with the website. it freezes up a lot. i have to start from scratch very often. its not the end of the world but its the only website where it gets stuck loading when i try and browse lines. im sure it can be fixed because no other website i know of has a similar issue. im sure you guys would say to clear cookies if i go on livechat and mention this. but is it neccessary for me to clear cookies every single day? and im not even sure that helps anywat. everything at betonline right now appears to be A+ except for the website. bonuses, limits, trasnfers, props all great. website is still an issue though.

and on a similar note alex- is it possible to make it so i can see all my pending wagers with juck 1 click of a mouse? or 2 clicks? maybe have an expand all button on the page?

BOL will be a top 5 book in my opinion when they start accepting tennis parlays like the big boys 5Dimes and all the Bookmaker family of books. They aint bad now but still sitting on the top of the second tier and needing to take the next step.

10,000 loyalty points $25.00 free play
20,000 lp $50.00 fp
35,000 lp $100.00 fp

All of them with a 5-time rollover on the winnings, before requesting a payout!
