Regular account. After making 2 managers tell me they would not honor their word this mornong I called back and the next manager was glad to match VIP.com ant their 100% cash bonus with 4x rollover. He had no problem doing what he had promised especially after he looked at the link to VIP and read it for himself.

Are you saying that they gave you the 100% bonus in Cash, or did they give the 100% bonus in the form of a Free Play (like they normally do) ?

It sounds that way, but based on their history, even if another book is offering a cash bonus, BetOnline only gives a free play when they do the "bonus match".

If they gave a cash bonus this time, it might be a first for them.

I got 100% cash bonus with 4x rollover. They matched VIP.com on their bonus. I didnt think they were gonna keep their word but they came through. If you want 100% cash match with a low 4x rollover I reccoment VIP.com which is an A-B book depending on where you look and they paid me within 3 hours of my request. I hope after I hammer Betonline this weekend they pay as fast. I already hit 4-0 tonight with Miami,Miami under,LA Dodgers,and LA Dodgers 1st 5 so my rollover is half way complete.

This is a serious issue..........their software is horrendous, and that's when it's working.

This is clear to anyone that plays there.

Started a thread at TheRX and was immediately questioned by the gerbils there for being critical, go take a look.

And they will as long as it is from a B or better book and - wait for for it - in the form of a free play...So if someone else offers you cash, they will match it in free play. Not exactly matching the offer. Not even close....

Fully(or at least partially) explaining the "HT surrender bet" implies that the Mulligan bet is truly a do-over style promotion. It is not.

At the very least, the letter should be filled with asterisks, but unfortunately there are none to be found.

Was going to give BO a chance after being away for a few years, but it seems business as usual over there.

Wow was just looking at Bet Online's withdrawal options, and they suck! My normal method of payout is bankwire, but the minimum amount of $$$ you can withdraw with this method is $2500 with a processing fee of $75, with Betfair there is no minimum and the withdrawals are free of charge!
Another option is a cheque but once again you need a minimum $1000 to withdraw and there is a $50 fee on that. There's wire transfer minimum $100 but I'm not completely sure what that actually is, how is that different from bank transfer?
