I make regular..weekly deposits/withdrawals and have had no problems at all... and then includes a withdrawal for 4 digits last weekend.

I haven't got banned from ** or **.. my credit card has been banned from using it online but thats cause I gave them a fake name and it backfired during verification proces.... but thats it.

In plain language son, it's tougher than hell to lose your money to offshore books.

First, you have to be able to fund an account, however, if you are still a small fish in the sea, you'll be fine.

They go after the processors and sportsbook owners, not the guy that's sending $300 to Jose Garcia Gomez. It's not illegal to send $ and you don't need to give a reason other than "he's my buddy".

This is not true. What most people don't realize about online/offshore gambling is that it's actually not illegal to place a bet. What IS illegal is the act of funding your account at an offshore book for the purpose of gambling. (Take the time to read The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) Furthermore, most people don't realize that even though this was passed in 2006, it didn't actually take full effect till this year. Anyone wonder why all of a sudden now, within the last few months, US players virtually can't use a CC to fund your account any longer? So **/** can't afford any longer to turn a blind eye. It's because all financial instutions and processors now know the government is going to be on their asses and if they're not vigilant when processing suspicious transactions, then they can be fined/shut down as a known accomplice to this illegal activity. Now yes, it can be a gray area, for instance, what if you really want to send your friend Juan Pablo Carlos Pena in Costa Rica $300? So yes, they can ask questions to "feel you out" and make sure it's a legimitate transaction and if they believe it is for illegal purposes they can refuse your business. I use ** about 2-3 times a month, always with the same sender info, and AS OF YET have not had a problem. I try to be as vague as possible if and when they ask me questions and I don't say anything stupid. But keep in mind these changes with banks/credit card companys/**/** just took fulll effect, so withinn a few months it's only going to get harder to fund your account, especially for players you make a lot of transactions. But lucky for us there is too much $$$ at stake for the books to not find a way for us to fund our accounts
