My name is Jean-Michel PERRET, I am French and I had opened an account at BETONLINE247. I cannot reach any more my account and the site. As you everybody can read in this thread, from the 15 of November betonline247 was owing me my winnings in amount EUR 7367.12.
I was fighting with them thanks to Moneybookers, which have closed their account for a while (1 week), and this SCAM bookmaker paid to me 30% and wrote this e-mail:

wow i played there back in 2009, deposited 100$ and won about 1000$, tried to withdraw but they only paid me my initial 100$ back .... all other withdrawals were denied (lol). lets see what SBR can do for me !!!Comment -

Hi guys. I have an account on Betonline247 and i have about 1100€ on this site. Some months ago (i think it was february or march 2011) i tried to withdraw the money and some days later i couldn't log in anymore. They wrote:
"Your location is forbidden from accessing to our website!
We apologize for the inconveniences caused.
Please email support@betonline247.com for further assistance."
So i wrote to the support and some weeks later they wrote that a player is registered with the same IP-add. I wrote them back that hes a friend and just checked his bets somethimes. Support told me to contact complaints@betonline247.com and they answered at April 3rd:
Dear Fabian,
The reason for blocking is your account is linked to another user who received bonuses. As per our terms and conditions we only allow one user with bonus.
User: dummerkobold
Do you know this user?
Please give us time to respond to you so we can resolve this matter.

I told them that i know him that he just checked his bets and that he's just a friend. I wrote them some emails but they never answered and i havent found anything in their terms which prohibits that. So i ask you if someone has the same problem and knows how to get the money back (hire a lawyer?). If there are still some people who don't get their money back (i think there will be some

but we haven't created the account with the same IP we don't share the same IP because we don't live in the same household. He just checked his bets and maybe made some. Is this that bad? And can't i get at least the money without bonus or winnings back?

B247 is just impossible. Like many others I am waiting many months for my withdrawal. Last week I wrote complaint to moneybookers, and sent copy to B247. What a suprise, next day B247 support contact with me ( past few weeks I have send them may emails without respond), and inform that B247 support.... respond for all my emails, unfortunately polish servers blocked it..... also financial departament will check my pending payout, bla bla bla.
This week They informed that my account was checked, and founded double winning so my account balance will be updated ( my pending payout was cancelled - by the way). This bet was settled near 2 years ago, and wrong winning was reduced from account a few days after mistake .Next, yesterday my area was blocked, so I am even not able to login to my account.Comment -

I am positively suprised. Yesterday I received 500 $ payout via moneybookers. I was waiting a few months , and I was almost sure this cash is lost. 2 days ago I have sent next email to ask whats with my payout. Iam waiting for my 400 EUROS more than two months and I´ve got another 1300 on my sports account.
I hope i will get my money one day. I heard lot of complaints, but their website is still working and also you can deposit via moneybookers with no problem. How the f is it possible?
Did anyboby received some money in last few weeks or the same problem a me? Or do you have any idea what to do?

I have received information from betonline247 that they can not log into your account because if the cooperation with European countries and are based only on USA.Ne know how and even whether they plan to pay bills with players from Europe ....Comment -

FK bookmaker still works and Moneybookers are NOT here. These fkers opened Netteller account and begun get payments threw credit/debit cards, suckers. I`m gonna to wright the e-mail to Netteler to close their fk account.
Everybody who suffer with me ask you to do same, wright the letters in the all possible ways on all forums, let`s make them pay us!
