        I wrote to Moneybookers and asked to froze their account. It`s clear that Golden Star Gaming are SCAM. So, if Moneybookers don`t close their account, than they are with them, what do community think?

          Yesterday there were no problems to place bets but today...What I need to do? I wrote to their "support" several times but no response. Should I fill the complaint form or I must forget about my money.

                                Another idea to make them pay is to find out who and where they are registered as juridical person - this Golden Star Gaming Ltd. must be registered in San Jose, Costa Rica - and call them into the court - all together we can add by 300 EUR and take the local lawyer...

                                    I send to the MFs my IP but no response since 2 days. My balance is aprox. EUR 1600,00. I was unable to see it after my last bets but it is aprox. this sum. I thing that the site will close but the same people will open a new one soon looking for new patsies. I can not understand now is possible so big industry has no rules and monitoring by the authorities that can grant the money of the users. It seems possible for anyone who can spend $ 20 000 for a software to make his one site and to steel the money of hundreds and thousands fishes like us.

                                                Someone on MSE got paid today after 3 months, so still hope for some. Trouble is they need more mugs to pay for the withdrawals!

                                                Well after 3 months of sending emails left right and centre to their CS I have finally been paid out by this lot.

                                                At least I learnt one valuable lesson and that is to double check the name of the site I am signing up to.

                                                I would not advise anyone goes anywere near this book.

                                                Althought they do pay out eventually this is not a book you want to get involved with.

                                                The reason they gave me for the 3 month delay in payment was beause they have security issues with people opening mulitple account and this is why it took them 3 month to pay up.
