    Thank You Bet Phoenix
For all the criticism that BP gets, they give away tons of free plays to the recreational players and chances to win some money. For the recreational player, BP is far superior to Sportsbook.com or Bodog.com. Payouts might not always be as quick as you want, but BP does pay from what I've seen.

Congrats to all those fellow FP players who had the Cowboys also.

I tried to get the Freeplay this around 1 this afternoon through live chat. After I requested it, the rep I was chatting with disappeared. I waited 10 minutes, then emailed BP customer service about getting the FP. I never heard anything.

I have not used the book in the past, but this gives me a negative impression.

The same thing happens to me whenever I'm on live chat with that book. They seem to vanish.

If the best you can say about Betphoenix is that they're better than Sportsbook.com, the biggest thieves in the business, then that's just sad.

BTW, I got stiffed on the free play too. BP did not respond to my two emails and I ended up with dead air on live chat. Hopefully this will be the week my check comes from BP, but I wouldn't count on it.

I've had good experiences with live chat there as well.

I usually do too. The problems arise when I get transferred and no one is there for several minutes.

I had asked for the freeplay and never received it and never received an explanation why. No communication from BetPhoenix whatsoever.

I see once again there are differing stories with this outfit, all I can say is that I had 1 good experience with them, but they are not very time sensitive and consistent

If you're not assertive or make the time to get the free plays from Bet Phoenix, then you won't. It's really as simple as that. If you wait a few minutes on live chat, does it really make a difference?

Live chat is fine. Just make sure they promise you distinctly what they offer, and get proof through writing on live chat before you send your money.

Unfortunately you are correct about being assertive with BP, especially if you want what they promise. Check payouts always take longer than they say, so you have to keep hounding them for your money. One of the worst run Books I've ever seen.

As far as Bet Phoenix, riddle me this:

How can a book offer a 40%, 50% and even 60% cash and free play bonuses while at the same time offering only -105 lines? This is not a winning formula for a sportsbook, which is why I throw the caution flag. It's no wonder they are having payout problems on such tight margins. They can't keep this up for long.

From what I have seen, this is very true.

                                      You loaned this douche points?

He PM'd me to borrow 50 points. I told him to get lost.

I thought he was most likely telling the truth after a few PM exchanges. He acted earnest after I gave him the points, which I find odd, considering he apparently went around trying to scam a bunch of people. When'd he PM you?
