The UIGEA has already "kicked in". Its technically been in effect since it got passed years ago... The June 1st date is the deadline for banks to comply with it.... The only way online gambling will ever become impossible in the US is to block IP addresses..... The US wont do that though, and its therefore gonna continue to be run normally. It will be legalized and taxed long before we won't be able to gamble. Just the way it is.....

Many of us already have enough riding on this outcome.

Even if they're around by Sept, paying everyone $800/week until then is not B+ worthy.
