#40So my xxxx didn't come. Talked to customer service and they confirmed when the xxxx was sent, and said they take 3-5 days. Well it makes perfect sense to me that the xxxx wouldn't arrive in just 2 days, but I am not sure why the original representative acted so certain it would be here by Wednesday. I expect to be paid by week's end, but wish BP would have a better handle on things so I could better know what to expect. Will update again soon. Hopefully I'm here by Friday telling you all that I received the money.Comment -

#42Why request bank xxxxx or xxxxxx when ******* and ** seem easier and faster..................???
Is it because one is requesting $2,400++?
For 850 or less, ** definetly appears to be the best option.Comment -

#43I posted this in another thread thread, but this one seems to be getting more action (there are so many BP threads, it's hard to keep track).
When xxxxxx were unavailable last month, I was given free **/**'s to replace the 2K check I had requested. This past Monday (6/7) a xxxxx was processed for free (money debited from my account) and as of yesterday I was told it should arrive in a few days.
EDIT/UPDATE: I just received a tracking # for the check.
FWIW, I continue to believe that these payout issues were a result of processing issues, poor management, etc., and have nothing to do with financial stability. I understand that people are cautious in the current environment, and rightfully so, but there's a little too much Chicken Little mentality going on with regard to BP IMO.
In response to Fishhead's last post... When checks (money orders) are sent for free in a timely fashion, there are my preferred method for taking out 2-3K. ** makes sense for < 850, but having to go somewhere to pick up cash as opposed to a check coming to my front door is definitely not easier. I can't speak to *******, but I was under the impression that there were fees involved when getting money from ******* to your bank (but I could be wrong).Comment -

#44Fishhead: A lot of times it does really come down to the fees, but the convenience is also a factor. Yes, my request is larger than that.
John Dough: I agree with you on everything you wrote. I am still waiting on my payment, but I don't think the sky is falling.Comment -

#51For what it's worth, I just received a xxxxx for $1000 from Betphoenix. Instead of doing **, I patiently waited for well over a month for a check. It is here and I'm glad I kept faith in this book.Comment -

#55blix, was that a typo, or do you mean the 17th of May?
If it has been awhile, I would recommend calling or chatting and inquiring about the status. This might even hurry things along.Comment -

The good news is my acct mnger is a good one & he has called like every other day to see if have received my funds yet. I'm not too worried yet since he seems on top of it & I see a lot of you have been paid, But I've got like 5k in there & I want my dough.....will update as it unfoldsComment -

#59It looks like everyone is getting paid now. I'm thinking of requesting a xxxxx for about $1500. The site says you receive 1 free payout every 30 days for up to $2000. Processing time is 24 to 48 hours and your xxxxx will arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Anyone getting their xxxxx this quick? I see someone had to wait over a month.Comment -

I can't tell you exactly how long a new request will take, but as I posted earlier in this thread, they debited my account last Monday, sent the xxxxx Wednesday, and it arrived at my door on Friday.
They seem to have rectified their processing issues and I'd have no reservations about asking for a check at this point.Comment -

#61For much of May and into June they were unable to send xxxxxx... thus the long delay if you sat there waiting for a xxxxx instead of switching your payout method.

#64does this make sense.. say I bet the under in the cubs game the final score is 5-3 push. I was told games that push do not count towars a roll over. is that true or just their rules..Comment -

#66Of course it doesn't make sense. I'm not sure what the fair line is between sportsbook software being so ****ing retarded that it treats legitimate pushes (which should count as funds were at risk) equivalently to cancelled events (which shouldn't count) and books taking a free shot via forced extra rollover.Comment -

#67I think it makes sense. A book doesn't get to collect juice from either side of the bet if it's a push. Some sports have a lot more pushes than others. Anyway it's their rules. If you don't like them, don't play there.Comment -
