5Dimes is a joke and will end up screwing a lot of people, they do not respect there customers and that has been proven time and time again, I have never done crack but it's like going to a crack dealer and he calling you a crackhead, truism

Wow I find it odd that there are so many complaints about 5dimes, I have been with them for several years and have never had anything bad to say about them. Sure there customer service department could use some training courses (only area of their shop I don't like) but when it comes to the payouts they are one of the best in the business; I feel the safest about my funds at this book than any other.

Customer service hasn't been an area that 5Dimes has ranked highly w/ player feedback, but the voting in the Poster's Poll is consistent with last year - 5Dimes is in most posters top 5 preferred sportsbooks.

well based on my experience most posters voting there must be betting pretty small stakes or be regular losers because I found 5D not worth continuing to bet at with such low limits

5Dimes service is terrible. i've never talked with anyone knowledgeable in their cs department. the greek is the best in the business, i use interbook transfers with the greek and matchbook and find that i am always able to get the best lines and guaranteed quick payouts. none better for professional players.

Fastest payouts in the business. Never payout problems. If your upset because cs isn't very nice go play at a book that kisses your butt and then steals your money.

Here it is guys. 5Dimes has the best wagering options anywhere bar none. We can parlay tennis with Nascar or parlay props together or whatever we want. They have the best options anywhere. They also pay you very very quick as does BetJam. The problem with the book is that their CS sucks like nothing else you will ever find at another book. So the only reason we put up with poor service is because we can bet the wat we wish there and get paid quick with no problems. BetJamaica has the best service in the business but not quite as many wagering options or they would own the market.

Also Tony thinks he is GOD and you will never make him think different. Scotty at BetJamaica is the best manager with the best attitude you will ever find.

I agree if BetJam had the betting options of Greek, which is not on par with 5Dimes with options,they would totally control the market. There is a possibility that I will try 5Dimes again with a SBR free play or cash and see if they try to treat you better because you are obviously a user of the site, anyone tried that to see the difference in CS? truism

horrible customer service!!! i funded them w prepaid n/s. lost. threw the cards away (2x250). i was going to reup for bball overnights, but after reading all the negative about 5d, i emailed to make sure they wouldn't want copies of those two prepaid cards, 7 mos after the fact, before i could process a w/d.
they emailed back that they would. we went back and forth because it was so ridiculous, but i finally said ok i'll reup at other books and use my local. THEY DIDN'T GIVE A SHIT. AND THAT IS THE ARROGANT ATTITUDE 5D'S HAS.

5Dimes does not tolerate winners. I too have to scratch my head with all the glowing endorsements. A lot of losing players here at SBR. They quickly cut my limits in half after I won a few bucks. I play teasers, bet futures, a few MLB plays. Got lucky and won a few futures. I also only bet MLB plays there that beats Matchbook lines. Thats very few. But those plays all moved in my favor. That was enough for 5Dimes to see that they did not like my betting pattern.

Limts could definitely be a problem for some but I'm not sure why everyone always rips their customer service. I've been playing there a long time and I've had nothing but good experiences with cs, except for one time. Pete is truely a jerk but the rest of the crew are fine. As far as Tony goes, I only needed to talk with him one time and he was very helpful.

I'm curious how much you took them for before they cut your limits? Message me if you're not comfortable saying on here. I ask because I'm up over 30,000 there lifetime and my reduced juice limits have been cut, but everything else is the same. Thanks man.

I wouldn't have won anything near that before they limited me severely.

There is more to it than just amounts won and lost.

It largely comes down to the nature of your betting I think. Like snapping up the top odds regularly, steam movers, timing, suspected arb player etc which can make them take a dislike to you.

Never used them but with all the bad PR they are getting I might just have to go with Diamond or the Greek!
