I take it this means there is little point in voting for books like SBObet then? A few people have them down as 2nd and 3rd in their vote. Or will they make it to the list only after they get a 1st place vote by someone? If they have 2x2nd and 2x3rd they should have more points than RebateWager.

That is a good point, I will make a top10 considering 2nd and 3rd option as well, but rest assured that all votes are being counted, we do have the entries for sbobet or DCSC for example.
