    Are you saying what they gave you was wrong and needed changing?

    Neither you or I probably understand the Russian mail system well enough to know if the way you addressed is wrong or not... but WHY change it and take a risk it will not be understood in Russia??

    It is part of their procedure to close your account. Thye have given you notice that nothing else will happen until you supply the requested KYC documents.

    If they do not receive them within a monthy or so now they will say you have "refused to complete KYC" and your account will be closed.

    Don't worry though. If you have a complaint in with SBR and we have been trying to resolve the problem with them, then this will not apply.

    SBR has them rated as D-, hardly a ringing endorsement. And whilst you may not like me not just attacking them like you are, my main concern is trying to get people paid and getting this ridiculous mail delivery situation sorted out. I've spoken to probably 30 different people who have had their documents received at the mailing address. I know it's real. If you call telling the truth defending them, well bad luck for you pal.

    I have personally dealt with complaints where the accounts have been restored after long KYCs btw. 90% of people who complain dont post about it on the forum and many of those that do never come back to say they were paid when the problem is fixed. Only when it isn't.

    Yes I think it should arrive too. But in my country we don't format addresses the way 1xbet does nor the way you have done it. The postman may not read English and become confused if everything is not in the correct order for him. So I suggest strongly that anyone else reading just do it the way they ask, particularly if you have already had delivery issues making the address look right to you before.

    Just hope it arrives I guess. As you say it should still make sense.

    Will you get a delivery notification?

    If they don't say they have it within 10 days or so maybe even send it again if it is not difficult to do, just to make sure it doesnt end up in a long holdup and not being sure.

    I am sorry but you guys are dealing with a vicious cycle ... get a Russian translator to assist you.
    Here in Israel I saw a few guys talking about the same thing but many people here speak Russian (it's like Spanish/Espanyol in the US, it's the 2nd language in Israel) - they didn't have to send anything .... just spoke to their management and they sorted it out without sending a single document in the post.

    You need to somehow make them change their mind - or don't use their website in the first place (that's what I do).
