Personally, my BetPhoenix is experience has been largely positive with a few annoyances. I was able to turn $500 into $27,000 over the course of a week....but, of course, I was quickly collared with $500 parlay bets...
My biggest issue with them is the $4,000 maximum weekly payouts....Also, after being a good customer for them for a couple of months and spending a lot of money with them, I had asked for a bonus recently and they said that I couldn't have one until 30 days after my recent payout. WTF??
I think the customer service at Bookmaker, for example, is much better after they have given me bonuses and making exceptions A COUPLE OF DAYS after my initial deposit.
Overall, I like that you can parlay half games with full games and you can't argue with their same day payouts (you can even make consecutive same day payouts if you give them a different receiver name).

Did you send them the 27k you won back? Usually books don't give reloads unless you deposit the $$ you won back or there is an insane rollover.

If Bet Phoenix and Diamond sportsbook are not related, then why did the both send me the exact same free $25 3 team parlay offer for Christmas day? The offer was exactly the same and even printed up exactly the same on the postcards I received in the mail on the same day.

Dimand SPorts required you to deposit at least 500 dollars in order to get that Betphoenix did not they just gave a 25 dollar FP with no deposit requirement. Also these books use the same printing company to distribute material to US clients .

Same marketing company most likely. Other than that no affiliation whatsoever.

When Phoenix first opened they would do book transfers with DSI but not Cris or Bookmaker. That should tell you something.

They keep emailing me telling me they want my business. I keep emailing them back saying not a chance that I play with the best and the best is Heritage.

I don't know how I could be misinformed because I consider limiting losing players bad form. I'm sure many agree with me. Whether most books operate under this premise is irrelevant. Doesn't make it the right thing to do.

14 euros fee for a moneybookers payment, and 2 or 3 weeks to process the payout.
Terrible, one of the worst books actually.

Yobinad, I think €14 is quite standard for off-shore books; I know Euro books don't generally charge at all, but the off-shore market seems quite different.
But I think BetPhoenix also offer a free payout once a month? Perhaps you can use that? Not sure when it is, but I'd guess their CS on LiveChat would know.

The 14 Euros wouldn't bother me too much.....The 2 or 3 weeks to recieve a Moneybookers payout would. Massively.....

Hey Robmpink -- no, I had never sent them the money back, but I had never accepted any bonuses with my initial deposit. Unfortunately, they are apparently have a policy that they won't give out bonuses to players that have had a recent payout....

Especially if their Moneybookers payouts are taking as long as people are reporting. First I read 5 to 7 days; Now 2 to 3 weeks? This is something that somebody from Phoenix needs to comment on in order to clarify and/or rectify.
