Banning you from credit card usage sounds steep to me. These were pretty honest mistakes at relatively low amounts I imagine.

I was told by, Annie, a auth form is needed for ******** there. Who knows if thats the truth.

I would e-mail her and have her confirm but I have a 2 in 10 chance of getting an e-mail response from her.

Overall payouts are smooth and they offer a wide range of events. They are a good book with 1/2 of the staff sucking.

I've been with Diamond for years. They're fine...It's the usual with them seeing that they are in the BetCris family. They have outrageous book to book transfer fees, will limit you and will ban you from the loyalty program if you consistently win.

But they pay, they are solid and your funds are entirely safe.

ive been playing at betphx ....ive dropped about 15k there in the past 2months and what do they do ????

same thing happened to me with Intertops a couple of years ago.Keep in mind I use ********. So, how could I pull a stunt with a prepaid card? These books are stupid in a lot of senses

If you submitted CC info that didn't work, they have cause for concern. I bet if you worked with CS, they could get this straightened out.

Quit crying. Accept your badge of honor - BP figured out you had a clue. The fact that they limited you means 1. you're not a rec player, and 2. they're taking serious measures to stay profitable.

It sucks losing them as an out. Bite big time. But I would play there in a second if I could have -105 lines and normal limits. Perhaps someday they'll be better situated to deal with pros. Until that time, use your one account to give them their lumps, and wait.

This was a gift card that wasn't activated properly....the vendor gave me the wrong card. I explained this to Bet Phoenix, but it did not matter. They told me I could deposit with other methods, but I am not going to use a book that has a black mark against me, for something that was not my fault.

I disagree with this premise. It is not kosher to limit someone when they are in a massive hole regardless if they have a clue or not.

yeah ** is the way to go, they pay the fee over $300. And even if you send less than that its only like $12 to send it and you don't have to deal with all the CC crap.

I've been using BetPhoenix and playing mostly props during football season. As I'd expect, my limits have been cut so now I can only play props for $50 (I was cut to $150 first). They have the right to do that of course. I've had two successful payouts. The Live Chat feature has worked great for me. I'm very happy with my BetPhoenix experience.

I don't know how I could be misinformed because I consider limiting losing players bad form. I'm sure many agree with me. Whether most books operate under this premise is irrelevant. Doesn't make it the right thing to do.

Just been online with them. I have waited 11 days on a withdrawl via moneybookers and am now being told that it can take 2-3 weeks! What the f.... is going on there? Was told a week max. to begin with... (and it is not a huge withdrawl!)

For you guys having trouble,try contacting Cynthia.I have had an issue that apparently was caused by the postal service and she has been the only one that has been able to help me try and get it straightened out.Sometimes the people that you talk to don't know the answers but yet spit something out to appease you not knowing that they are pissing you off even more.
