I use vip.com as well but they dropped me from 30% to 10% when they changed their bonuses. How did you get thet 150%? I am pretty happy with 100% cash from BetPhoenix but sometimes take 125% free play from Wagerhub to not have all my eggs in one basket

I like the clerks at Betonline, they are probably my favorites of any sportsbook.

Management is a little shakey with their phoney offers though. I don't blame the clerks for that, what can they do about it?

I got another email fromDavid today stating that that promo has not yet begun and he didnt know how I heard of the promo with it not being released. It is on the front page of the website when I logged on. Either way,I asked if they will match the bonuses I am currently getting and have not heard back yet.

Alex I have to say I am glad to see you here too. I went through about a week ordeal trying to get my bonus from BetPhoenix matched. I even made a deposit and the clerk told me that their were no notes in the account about matching the bonus so he said he could give me 10% that night to use and the managers could add the remaining 90% the next day. When I called the next day they came up with several excuses why they couldnt add the 90% with the best being because I used the 10%. I even told the clerk to not add the 10% and wait until the next day and just give me 100% but he insisted I take the 10% and have the rest added in the morning.
After several phone calls I got the news that they would give me the match on the NEXT deposit which was not the deal. Also I sent the link to the BetPhoenix bonus and it states that their is a 100% free play bonus on deposits up to $200. BetOnline says that they will match the 100% but I have to send $500. Forgive me if I am wrong but that is not matching the bonus. The promo is called the Better Bonus Promo but its not better at all it is worse.
BetOnline seems like a decent book but they will make NO concessions whatsoever for the customer even when their clerks make mistakes. Instead of making it right they say they will make it right on the NEXT deposit. Why would you even send money again after they didnt do right by you the first time? This book is an OK book for use as a backup book but surely not as a main book.

Betonline is a rec book. They've come a long way, but a 30k bankwire (even if you got a 150% bonus) is asking for a headache. 3k might be more reasonable.

I'm glad to hear there are limits on bonuses that will be matched. This is responsible business management. I don't know if these are already listed on your site, but I would encourage you to have concise terms limiting the maximum bonuses on your "bonus matching" where anyone can easily find them.

It's all about avoiding future headaches.

I sent Alex a PM to find out why they cant jusy give what they promise and advertise. I wanted no more and no less. Just give me what you advertise. Also dont give me a wrong bonus that is smaller and say you will make it up on my NEXT deposit. If you screw me now why would I send a NEXT deposit? I will keep you guys posted on his answer. Maybe they will block my account for not keeping my mouth shut.

I have never charged anything back. Where did you get that from??

I was asking about your POINTS program. Last time I went to use them, I made a bet, and the bet DISAPPEARED. I am up over 30,000 again, I just wanted to know if I make another bet if you plan to DISAPPEAR them again. If you do, I won't plan on making a bet. I played a three teamer last time, was no record of it on my file. (It lost, so no harm done).
