Recommendations for single game bettor?

So, here's my noob question. I'm a very infrequent online bettor, but when I see a line that really looks out of whack, I'd like to put down $500-$2000 on it. So, I'm really most interested in a site where I don't have to rollover my initial stake multiple times (I don't care about bonuses) and I won't have trouble cashing out after a single win since I might not bet again for weeks or months. Anyplace come to mind?

I'd be hesitant to recommend any book that I liked to someone who was going to cash out after one play! These books are having a hard enough time with payment processing without that kind of behavior.

Can't you get a local bookie? That would be perfect for what you describe.
