Why is BetPhoenix no longer a sponsor?

Advertisers come and go. Bookmaker didn't advertise here for quite sometime and they and sbr are usually joined at the hip.

BP is still advertising at therx and eog. Not that that is encouraging.

I might have to put in for a withdrawal.

Our banners are currently down due to tech delivery items from our banner farm. After losing our Int ISP, the change over to a local ISP includes movement of IP addresses. Enough IP's were moved Friday to restore the majority of gaming elements on the site, and to move past client connectivity issues. We are in the process of moving more IP addresses via the proper channels in order to get back to being 100% operational with all items (banners internal items etc). As more IP's are released from the old ISP to the New ISP (est 1 pm PST), we will be back online here at SBR. This is also the same reason why the live casino only has 3 baccarat tables going instead of all tables ie, roulette and Black Jack. In a nuttshell, this is only an IP address movement problem.

We look to continue our relationship with SBR and this board in particular.

My buddy just made a $300 deposit with **, gave them the info, then logged in and a $300 free play bonus showed up. He didn't ask for it, they just gave it to him. Not bad, it does have a 8X rollover, but no hold period.

Horses etc will be placed as soon as the new IP's are allocated. ICE says 5 pm local CR time. Once allocated there is about a 1 1/2 time frame to configure the IP's for use.

Thanks for the update on this. I was getting very concerned about this. I would advise you to tell your reps not to be calling your customers like I did today until you get this resolved. I did not get a chance to tell Brad that because I was somewhere very important when he called. I think with all the problems that you are having right now it would not be a good idea to be calling your customers up at this time. I certainly would have spoken about this with him and it was eating my minutes up on my plan anyway with my cell phone company. I just do not want to be called right now until you get this all resolved! That is my advise to Bet Phoenix is to get this fixed first then you can call your customers up but right now is not the right time with the problems that you have had with your site.

I got 3 calls in a row Saturday morning at 730am Vegas time. I finally answered the "unknown number" call because I thought it might be an emergency and was none too happy to hear it was a sports book calling me. That's one book with whom I won't be depositing again.

We work hard to bring value to clients as well. Especially those here at SBR. I am sorry our ISP had an issue, but that one is out of my hands. I just dont understand the sky is falling mentality at times.

BetPhoenix has gone above and beyond what any other sportsbook would do to get me a quick withdrawal on a few different occasions already........hoping the isp issues are over and everyone is happy again soon. I could understand some of the player's frustration but comparing them to esb is just silly.

I am sure you can appreciate that many posters/gamblers have been burned by books over the years. In fact, many posters of this forum joined specifically for that reason. Whilst BP may be an absolutely solid book, certain aspects/events create doubt based on experience. Many books offering high bonuses, and many books who have had their advertising removed from SBR/TheRX etc have gone on to folding and/or stiffing their customers. If 3 guys raise their hands, and all 3 times the raised hand leads to you being punched in the face, you can be certain that the time the 4th guy raises his hand, you will be expecting a punch in the face - even if he is only raising his hand to shake yours. This explains the "Sky is falling" mentality.
