UPDATE:
Got a call from Tom a few minutes ago. Gave me the ** reference number for the withdrawal. Called up ** to confirm it and the money is available. Apologized to Tom over the phone, and I was told once the Moneygram mix up is fixed, I'll get the rest of my original payout and hopefully get my Wagerhub account reinstated.

Thank you Tom and Wagerhub...even after the multiple accounts, you still gave me a chance to deposit my own funds.:beer:

Hey Chuck, have a great New Years. Just a suggestion, your Live chat seems to have a lot of problems. I've tried multiple times to use it to find out how close I am to rolling over my freeplay, and there have been multiple errors. Just something to check out as the site grows!

Chuck, having a bit of an issue. I was not keeping track of my amount risked because you said that your CS staff would tell me when I completed rollover. I called the day before you went on vacation of the New Year's and asked if I had completed rollover, and was told that I had. I called today to request a payout and talked to a different CS rep who told me that I had not completed rollover and that the first staff member had thought I had 5X rollover instead of 11. New CS rep says I need to complete about $1000 more bets in order to request a payout.

It seems that since you've been offering 5X to some people, 11X to others, etc, that this is slightly unfair, especially since I was operating under the assumption for the past few days that I would be receiving my money soon. I'd like to talk to you about what we can do to fix this, because this is a pretty big CS error to throw at a customer.
