Just spoke to Anna this morning, she told me the payouts were sent last night but she has to wait for Gia to come in about an hour and then I'll receive my control number. Hope is near!

So now I contacted CS this morning because I was nervous about getting the payout. Spoke to "JC" and now I was told I have to send in ID and then they'll process my withdrawal

I understand wanting my ID because my roommate and I opened accounts for the free cash, but were on the same IP (wireless network). So I got that straightened out. I posted earlier bout everyone seemed uptight over a free shot at a few hundred, and perhaps just needed a drink. After re-reading along with some new posts some of this does sound shady. Because it's a new operation there could be countless reasons on why things are the way they are. Did too many people win off the FP bonus, so they started to back-track on 24 hour pay-outs? Is the CS department over-worked with all these new accounts and they don't have the manpower to attend to everyone? Or something else?

Maybe Chuck is on x-mas vaca, and didn't he say he doesn't handle accounting. I'm trying to stay positive on them following thru on their word, but I don't have cash tied up there, and if I did would be a little nervous from their lack of history.

So after the ** debacle last night, I called Tom on his private number and him and Gia are insisting that the ** number they sent me is a legit one and the funds haven't been released yet

Claimed they made a mistake in spelling my name and yet somehow it will take days to get it corrected. Tom said everything will be taken care of on Saturday when the Costa Rican banks re-open. Can't wait for the new excuse him and Gia cook up.

Guys, i'm back from the Holidays vacations, again I do not do payouts, we do not take people money, WE PAY......and if some one did not get pay they need to contact CS and find out why.... Now from over 800 people that got pay I only see maybe 3 or 4 people bitching about it. I guess you guys did something wrong or did not finish the rollover.... Merry X Mas and happy New Year....I need to rest too Guys....
