All my wagers except 2 were made on June 15th and 16th so I don’t know how they are allowed to Void LSU (+225)

I had made 2 wagers on June 19th for $50 & $62 that I might agree with that were stale. The other $900 in wagers I don’t agree with.

It sounds like maybe someone saw you had hit some stale lines, got personal about it, and decided to punish you.

Seems to be the way of Gabe to do stuff like that.

Hopefully Heritage Insider decides to argue for them to do the right thing and pay you out for all valid bets and just boot you like an honest operator should if they dont want your business.

My issue is all my LSU futures that were made on June 15 & 16
Normal odds were +200 at most books. They are offering +225.
Thats too small a descrepency to be called a bad line. Maybe you made it that way to attract action. You can’t go back after they have won and claim bad line when normal price is +200 & your offering +225

Agree. 12.5% is not enough difference to be clawing any bets back as bad lines.

Just got off the phone with them and all they said was the line department has the right to void the bet. That wasn’t what I’m looking for at all. Can you be a little more specific or give an ext or contact name that will be more helpful.

Sure they have to right to void if there is a proper reason.

The bad part is that they have so little respect for customers they think YOU have no right to be told why they are taking your money. Even when there is no obvious reason like here.

Their payout timing is becoming concerning - they keep lowering the available amount you can withdraw daily/weekly. It has been over 72 hours and withdrawal is still pending.

I’ve still got the 8 th deposit thing, but they took away my monthly cash back on wagers after paying Junes cash back, I had a good run in June and cashed out completely which they did pay in a few hours, did anyone else have the cash back thing taken away?

Yes I get the scratch card free spins also every time. Limited to $10 max winnings on each of the 2 slots. Sometimes I get less than a dollar. Last time I had a big win on one of them but because of the $10 rule that's all I got.

I was not paid my winning bets during college bowl season and am still waiting on a response. I made several bets on both teams to score in the 1st Quarter and the bets were all voided after several days and than I was moved to bet105 as they deemed me a “Sharp” bettor. Also, the winning bets were voided and the losing bets were kept as losers which is unfair. My account 131834 . I also sent an email to bookmakers review on 1-3-24 and who is supposed to be the governing body over offshore accounts. Can Heritage Insider do the right thing and pay me my winnings? Thx.
