    You are right. It is certainly an enticing promo. But does it do you any good if you can't get your money out? I wish you well if you decide to take the plunge, but I'm afraid it won't end well.

    I haven't made a deposit to Heritage in 2 or 3 years. But that promo is enticing...100% bonus up to $500. Then if you lose the $500 deposit (not the bonus) they give you the $500 back. Seems too good to be true.

    Long time user of Heritage but I soured on them quite awhile ago because of a few issues I've had with them (mostly taking away perks). I've not deposited with them in long time simply because I have better outs and don't need them. That said, credit where credit is due, they paid me all that I was owed and it wasn't chump change. Also their live streaming of games is great and the reason I still visit the website daily. Which brings me to the real reason I am posting in this thread - this promo was posted on their website today https://www.heritagesports.eu/en/red...shback-program. What does everyone think? Is this a desperate attempt to attract funds so they can stay afloat? Or aggressive marketing to attract new customers and keep old ones? Not sure how to interpret it myself. Opinions please. The only reason I would be redepositing with them is because I really like their get out of your bet at halftime for football.

    What motivated you to suddenly make a post just to talk up this book who is now proven to act disgracefully and scammy to too many people?

    Have you been paid or coerced to come in here and spit in the faces of those above you trying to pressure Heritage into addressing their problems?

    Heritage does not treat customers fairly any longer. Pointless shill posts about them designed to undermine players with valid complaints are not welcome on SBR any longer. Take your "I don't care about customer service" and if others get ignored with valid concerns line to one of the forums they sponsor and censor dissent. This thread is one of the only places these mistreated customers can air their valid grievances without shills like you coming at them instead of the book.

    Been a long time member mostly just reading some of the topics and taking in info as needed. But I will chime in as it seems most are starting to have doubts with Heritage. I have been with them for probably close to 17 years as it was invite only for a while back then. I have lost a lot and have also gone on streaks of some decent hits. I will say I have never had an issue with being paid.     Rthomas, I'm sorry to hear about your issue. SBR is always very helpful when it comes to issues like this. Unfortunately, I don't think Heritage Insider is going to be much help, as another poster and I both were advised to PM him/her. Neither one of us has received any sort of correspondence.

    I'll stick with my theory that the book is having severe financial problems, and is now looking to avoid paying at any cost. It's a shame, because they were a very solid book for a long time.

    I do not know any reason a bookmaker has to force you to take payouts back to a debit card account.

Most importantly, I have NEVER had an issue getting paid. That is, until today. I made a withdrawal request this morning for $150. When I logged back in a bit later, I noticed that the money had been returned to my account. I immediately contacted customer service to find out what the issue was. I was informed that my withdrawal was cancelled because of a new policy they were implementing.     Yes. Thanks. I won a bunch of money and than they decide to start voiding winning bets and grading losing bets. I should have won about $4K. I gave Heritage Insider my account number on this forum and private messaged him and he has not even responded as of yet. Heritage is not a good book and should be on the “No Play” alerts.

    SBR can not mediate for non US/CA licensed bookmakers.

    The best help we can be is helping you get your message heard in this forum. If the book or poster Heritage Insider chooses to ignore you there is not much I can actively do for you apart from what we are here. Talking about it.

    And voiding winning bets whilst grading losing bets definitely should be talked about and not left to be forgotten.

    They permanently closed my account, also. I am by no means professional and am likely down lifetime at Heritage so am surprised they would go this route. No explanation offered. I had 5 figures in my account! They said they would pay it out once every Monday but this will take weeks. I am lucky though, they easily could have stolen the funds and left me with no recourse. Can't login to the site anymore. I am in the US, no shady shit, no multiple accounts. Overall, just sad I lost an out I had been using for years, for no apparent reason.

    Recently I came across the game JetX - it's really addictive! It's a crash game where you bet money on a plane taking off and try to "jump out" before it explodes. The higher it flies, the higher the multiplier. The main thing is to press "take" in time. Now I often play it, because the rounds are fast, clear, and you can really win something. Auto-withdrawal helps a lot - I bet, for example, x2 or x3 and just watch. If you're interested, you can try this website - everything works on mobile, there is even a demo mode. Advice: do not chase a high multiplier, it is better to play stably.
    If Heritage is now pretending that the total prize money for 4th thru 10th is $500, how many more warning signs are needed?
    I get where you're coming from — the wording around the prize breakdown is definitely unclear, and I agree it raises questions. If 4th–10th are splitting $500 total, that’s around $71 each, which seems pretty low for top-10 finishers. And yeah, if 11th–25th are getting $100 each, that doesn’t make sense unless there's been a major miscommunication.

    Yes I get the scratch card free spins also every time. Limited to $10 max winnings on each of the 2 slots. Sometimes I get less than a dollar. Last time I had a big win on one of them but because of the $10 rule that's all I got.
