Yuppp. Same situation here. Couple days ago i try to open an account. Play then won then request withdrawal then they denied and blocked my account for no reason. So stay away from this scammer everybody
bullshit.
they never denied and blocked your account for NO REASON. They are a sportsbook. There's a reason definitely. You might not like the reason but that is besides the point. I have been betting there since 2006 and I know at least a dozen people personally that have been betting there for years. Never any issues that anyone would have to go on a forum and bullshit others.
My name is Stephon and my bookmaker.eu account was disabled on July 5th. They asked for a pic of ID and a selfie of me holding it and I sent it. Then they asked for a picture of me holding a paper with the date on it, I did it. Then they asked for a picture of me holding the peace sign and I did it. Then they sent me a this payout form thing where I had to enter my personal details and whatnot, and I did it. I did that on July 11th and havent heard anything back since. I been emailing them every day and nothin. I tryd live chat and they keep saying the same premade response. Can someobody please help me this is all the money I have

Bookmaker which in reality is an arm of Betcris. They operate ILLEGALLY in the US. So this KYC BS is just that. Delay, delay, delay. They have been a disaster ever since gambling became legal in the US. No customer support at all. Just jerks texting the same BS all the time.
There are a lot of better places to gamble than this place..
Better USA legal books, or better offshore books? Because BM is about as good as you'll find in today's offshore.

And I'm going to have call you a penetrating moron. This is 100% true, I had to file a claim with them this morning and now wait for them to review.

Bookmaker is an absolutely terrible book and I would highly advise staying away. I was charged for a recent deposit and that never actually processed in my account and then went back and noticed another one in September where I was charged, but money never was added to my account. I wonder how many times they've ripped me off like this.

Well, there's confirm your ID and address KYC which is quite reasonable, and then there's "Proof of Wealth" and "Source of Funds" KYC which is extremely intrusive IMO. I'm curious which one Bookmaker does.
The canadian books and some european ones do that, BM does not.
naw they all do it. Lots if scammers out there. Everything changed after 2006. All reputable books do it. They just want to make sure they are dealing with the actual person who signed up. Why wouldn't they? They pay out millions every year to legit players. You do the KYC one time and you're good to go. I don't see the problem. Never have.

Bookmaker does KYC? I thought they would be the last to do it old school. Glad you got paid. What documents did they make you send?

Still completely silent, I'm starting to be concerned. There is no way the KYC process takes this long, waiting out something else. Any suggestions on what I can try?

Hello, I have been trying to withdraw my money on bookmaker.eu but the support is not helping me and just refering me to the KYC team thats is not answering at all after I sent them the documents they asked for. What do I do now? Anyone else know how to fix this?

I created an account with Justbet in mid-July and they refuse to pay me out. I have about 22k stuck on my account. I sent them every document they asked for, even a video of me reading scores. Each time I sent them something they would then ask for something new. They had me fill out a bitcoin withdrawal form which I did, and they still refuse to pay me. I have verified my identity multiple times and complied with everything they have asked of me. They are unprofessional and play games. They give no reason for why they won't pay me and won't answer any of my questions via email. I am at a loss for what to do at this point and just don't understand what they are doing. Can anyone here help me or give me any advice?
My advice to you is call them on the phone and speak to your account manager, insist on doing this and talk to them in a tone that sounds like you are bothered.

Even if anyone deposit suspicious money, they should do their checks before receiving deposit.
You can't let someone play and win and then raise questions.
I'm sure who ever loses money they never question origin of it.
Don't forget they are an ILLEGAL BOOK in the US to begin with.........

I feel for you man. Can't imagine....
Have in mind that bad reputation for them is REAL headache.
If you expose them on forums and social media and let them know somehow you will do it; you have chance to get paid.
Try not to make same posts on media,so it's not obvious it's the same person.
I recently opened account with them; after reading this won't make any deposits there.
OP. Glad to see they finally paid you. I just learned that they have a $100k limit payout within the last 30 calendar days. I have a little over $56k and tried to pull $25k this morning, but they said I only have $13k left in the limit. I did that. My next available limit is $9k on 8/29. I don't like this idea thou as I might end up losing it all before my next limit becomes available.
Does anyone know if BetOnline have any withdraw limits similar to BM? Is BetOnline safe? They seem to be a super huge and reputable book. I live in TX
Wow! It's big a total balance and deposit you have there.
I hope you will be able to get your money back even just your deposit at least.
But be careful next time, invest what you only afford to lose!
the chat indicated he'd get all his winnings. Interesting that they deliberately sent him a $20K wire (rather than the $10K he requested) and then $25K BTC - which just happens to match his stated deposit amount. I thought he said they have a $25K / week limit, so he should have gotten payment #2 already.
