Why did you edit your post to add this to the top?

Your chat shows the chat agent told you more than once to check back in 72 hours.

Why are you saying in bold up top that it can take months now?

Hahaha. That's definitely not it. That's like saying McDonald's wouldn't accept customers from Burger King. The truth is the exact opposite (obviously) - they WANT to attract customers from their competitors. However, these offshore books do share information on fraudsters, so it's not exactly crazy to think that one might have been banned due to having an account somewhere else.

How exactly is that conversation shady? They literally told you that you'll get your money back. Just as everyone here has been telling you from the beginning - they aren't scamming you. They don't want your business, and that's their choice.

    Just chill.

tell me that this isn't shady.

This is a conversation I had with the live chat:
You: Hey Monica, I am checking in on my account status. I should be hearing from management anytime now and get the greenlight to go ahead and start gambling

    22:52, Oct 1
Monica: Sir, your account is closed and will remain closed.

    22:53, Oct 1
Monica: You just need to wait to make your withdraw.

    22:53, Oct 1
Monica: We already had this conversation earlier.

    22:53, Oct 1
    You: wait

    22:54, Oct 1
You: nobody told me that it is closed

    22:54, Oct 1
Monica: Yes, we had, several times, a lot actually.

    22:54, Oct 1
You: I was told that I'm under investigation for something

    22:55, Oct 1
You: and that "management" is going to make their decision

    22:56, Oct 1
Monica: It is closed, it is being investigated for the payout but it will remain closed.

    22:57, Oct 1
You: WTF do you mean?? are you saying I have the possibility of getting paid out!? FOR WHAT!!!!!

    22:57, Oct 1
Monica: No no, I literally didn't say that.

    22:57, Oct 1
Monica: You will for sure your money, we don't want it.

    22:58, Oct 1
You: than penetrating give it back to me already

    22:58, Oct 1
    You: jesus penetrating christ

    22:58, Oct 1
Monica: We just need to know when are you going to do it.

    22:58, Oct 1
    Monica: Not yet, sorry.

    22:58, Oct 1
Monica: You need to contact back in 72 hrs to see if by then you will be able to do it, if not, keep checking every 72 hrs.

    22:58, Oct 1
You: when im going to do what?!?

    22:58, Oct 1
    Monica: Make your withdraw...

That's exactly why I am so concerned. I haven't broken a single rule out of the list you just mentioned. 1st account with them, I only have one phone number, and no vpn.

Hypothetically, if I did break any of those rules, why would they take days (weeks in other's cases) resolving the issue?

I'm frustrated with the way they are handling this and I believe people in this thread that they are not scammers, but man they are not a fun group to deal with.

How am I shady? I live at home with my mom, who cannot even tell you the first thing about gambling or computers. The only friend I occasionally gamble with lives several states away where online sports gambling is perfectly legal.

Ask me any question you want, and I'll be as transparent as possible.

I created the account and have only accessed it from my home computer. The only thing that I can think of is that I have a BOL account and that they don't want me to have an account with that sportsbook and them. Other than that I couldn't tell you why I got flagged, but I will update anyone who cares when they get back to me.

Y'all are so quick to defend a sportsbook, when clearly they are treating their customers poorly. I cannot wait to get back into my account and withdraw my money as quickly as possible.

Maybe he had an account previously at a sister book and they only want him to have one account.

    Who knows?

Like DontTailMe says, not much benefit to having multiple accounts here.

They take some of the highest limits and he deposited a nickel.

Geez, everyone here cries scammer instantly.

So, I questioned what I was being investigated for, and they would not provide any details or timeline of the results, by simply stating that it is a management decision and that I will receive an e-mail when that decision is made.

Long story short, I feel as if I've been scammed by these folks. I've never had a bookie not tell me why I'm being investigated and give me a run-a-round response to any question that I have.

As of right now, I would stay far away from them. I'm already counting the money that I've put in my account as lost.
I love when people com in here and post about one of the most trustworthy sportsbooks and say things like "I would stay far away from them". You aren't going to convince this crowd of knowledgeable bettors that they are scamming you. LOL

The one thing I will say is that Bookmaker is probably the one sportsbook where there would be very little benefit gained from holding multiple accounts. But they do have sign up bonuses, so there is some value there.

Or accounts at galaxysports or justbet? I can’t play at bookmaker bc of those two accounts, I’ve tried multiple times but it’s a no go. I’d trade both of those books for bookmaker. And the justbet account is migrated from bet badlands.

Bookmaker is not just going to take your money. They have been a top book for decades. Only reason they would is if you broke the rules. Simple as that.
