Hahaha. That's definitely not it. That's like saying McDonald's wouldn't accept customers from Burger King. The truth is the exact opposite (obviously) - they WANT to attract customers from their competitors. However, these offshore books do share information on fraudsters, so it's not exactly crazy to think that one might have been banned due to having an account somewhere else.

bookmaker sign-up only asks for name, city, state, phone. Unless he's using the same name or phone number...IP address or VPN are the only logical reasons. And I'm sure these books like bm, bol , sportsbetting do care when there is duplicate IP address on different accounts signing up for 100% bonus

That's exactly why I am so concerned. I haven't broken a single rule out of the list you just mentioned. 1st account with them, I only have one phone number, and no vpn.

Hypothetically, if I did break any of those rules, why would they take days (weeks in other's cases) resolving the issue?

I'm frustrated with the way they are handling this and I believe people in this thread that they are not scammers, but man they are not a fun group to deal with.

How am I shady? I live at home with my mom, who cannot even tell you the first thing about gambling or computers. The only friend I occasionally gamble with lives several states away where online sports gambling is perfectly legal.

I created the account and have only accessed it from my home computer. The only thing that I can think of is that I have a BOL account and that they don't want me to have an account with that sportsbook and them. Other than that I couldn't tell you why I got flagged, but I will update anyone who cares when they get back to me.

I signed up to bookmaker 09/30, deposited $500 USD via bitcoin and when I went to place my first bet they said that I am not able to and directed me to live chat.

Over at live chat they told me that my account is under investigation and that it will be disabled until the investigation is completed. OKay...

So, I questioned what I was being investigated for, and they would not provide any details or timeline of the results, by simply stating that it is a management decision and that I will receive an e-mail when that decision is made.

Long story short, I feel as if I've been scammed by these folks. I've never had a bookie not tell me why I'm being investigated and give me a run-a-round response to any question that I have.

As of right now, I would stay far away from them. I'm already counting the money that I've put in my account as lost.

I love when people com in here and post about one of the most trustworthy sportsbooks and say things like "I would stay far away from them". You aren't going to convince this crowd of knowledgeable bettors that they are scamming you. LOL

The one thing I will say is that Bookmaker is probably the one sportsbook where there would be very little benefit gained from holding multiple accounts. But they do have sign up bonuses, so there is some value there.
