Appreciate that someone here is not just whining like a caught scammer and not submitting the form I have posted a link to and asked everyone to fill in 3 or 4 times.
You were given the link several times and even asked to PLEASE fill in that form even if some waster posters here wanted to insist it was useless. But I guess they are just other caught scammers like you who wanted to avoid being queried at all by an independent.
If your account has not been cleared already from your posts here, I can say pretty much with certainty that it never will be and you have been caught.

Additionally, a bookmaker rep appears to be monitoring this thread and other posters accounts have been addressed whilst yours has not. Which is exactly how Bookmaker handle caught scammers. Not that I agree with that policy, but that's how they do it.
So yes, I think you have simply been caught trying to get around the site terms. And I can see you are not going to get any help here. And as you ignored all my posts "begging" people to help us all by submitting to OSGA... I think you are not genuine.

#584In February 2024, my account was locked, and JustBet requested several KYC documents from me, specifically:
1. A selfie holding a paper with the exact date written on it.
2. A video recording of me reading out the previous night’s NBA scores.
3. A recent utility bill.
I promptly complied and submitted all required documents. Shortly afterward, they informed me that I wouldn’t be allowed to withdraw my $49,700 balance via cryptocurrency and insisted on a bank transfer instead. I agreed without hesitation and immediately provided my bank account details.
After submitting my banking information, the situation worsened. Their last request—the utility bill—was sent to me on March 6th. After two months of silence and three follow-up emails from my side, they finally replied that my account was still under investigation and that they would inform me soon. Another month passed, I followed up once more, and received the same vague response. This was the last communication I received.
It has now been 11 months since their last reply. During this period, I’ve sent 13 emails directly to their KYC department at kyc@bookmaker.eu—the only email address they ever used to communicate with me—and received no response. Additionally, their live support team completely ignores my inquiries and refuses to even confirm KYC's team receipt of my emails.
I have a screenshot from a live chat conversation clearly confirming my account balance even after my account was locked.
Due to their continued refusal to respond, I’ve escalated this issue and reported JustBet to all relevant institutions and regulatory bodies. I’ve also contacted every available JustBet and Bookmaker.eu email address I could find but have received zero replies.
They have essentially taken $49,700 from me without explanation or communication, completely disregarding how significantly this affects my life. This is outright fraud—ignoring customers and unlawfully withholding funds.
