    Woah.

Anyone know the name of who this new management is supposed to be?

This is truly disgusting that they think this is going to fly. The bad thing they probably don't have $5500 left let alone 55k.

This makes me sick to my stomach for all parties involved. Offshore is dying a slow death this was a good book back in the early 2000s and 2010s.

Pretty sure these pos are more worried about there pph biz were they get paid to use the site then about the post up clients that actually gamble there.

How does OSGA and BMR have these scumbags rated anything other than an F? Not that any of there ratings really matter. Maybe when Bobby stops doing Ice Cream Vids he will realize they haven't paid for that rating in months.

Let's rewind to the summer of 2020. I had heard of these guys having good bonus offers so I contacted them to hear more about their bonuses: turnover requirements etc. I also asked if they accept UK customers. I was assured they did and still have this chat transcript. I was happy with their conditions and went ahead with my first deposit.

Everything went well, I continued to make both deposits and withdrawals when needed. After a few months they asked me to send in documentation for verification purposes. I did. No issues.

Then as for others payment issues started a little over six months ago, the 2.5K twice per week payouts turned into 1k per week, then turned into 1k per 10-12 business days, then 1k per 15-20 business days and more recently paused. I hit some long odds at the US elections so my balance had gone up to nearly 60k before all these changes.

Since the payments have been put on hold I have asked them when we can expect payouts again, and I was sent an email about verification. I told them I sent them documents back in 2021, but would be happy to provide updated documentation if needed. I hear nothing about my payout question, so today I contact them via live chat

    continued in next post.
Wow they straight up scammed you.

Not looking good for the rest of us if they are going to come up with any excuses they can to scam anyone whose balance exceeds deposits.

Sounds like they are just coming up with any possible excuse not to pay people. Next they'll say people in the U.S can't play either and they'll just close any accounts of people they owe money to.

    I am then told that:
[21:20] Lola Lennon: Yes, I saw that you confirmed you had sent docs a while back, years ago
[21:20] Lola Lennon: I has asked the Security team to review because I saw a UK address.
[21:23] Lola Lennon: However, as a resident of the UK you should not have an account with the site. Unfortunately, the previous administration did not proceed with the necessary security protocols for UK accounts. However, we have a new management team that has been trying to correct many of the issues that have come up.
[21:24] Lola Lennon: What should have been done, once the UK location was confirmed, was close your account and refund/return your initial deposit.
[21:25] Lola Lennon: I checked your history and I show that we have paid out $1500 on top of your deposit total. Therefore you have received all your deposits back.

I replied:No, you are not getting away with this. When I signed up I asked you if you allow UK customers, I was told yes. I then made deposits and sent in documents. You happily accepted all my deposits. You can not come here 5 years later and say "sorry, we have changed management since. Only your deposits will be returned", and confiscate my 55,000 USD balance.

    The conversation goes on:
[21:28] Lola Lennon: We will be closing the account officially. We regret this situation but the fact is that your account should have been closed. If you reside in the UK you can only gamble on sites licensed for UK services and that is not the case.
[21:28] me: I have done nothing wrong here.
[21:29] Lola Lennon: We know this is the last thing you want to hear, but we are currently fixing some issues that were not dealt with correctly. But truth of the matter is that we do not accept UK players.
[21:30] Lola Lennon: I know that, it was a problem created by the previous administration and this is why we need to start taking measures now.
[21:30] me: This will not be the end of this.
[21:30] Lola Lennon: We have returned all the deposit funds that were sent to us.
[21:31] Lola Lennon: We are proceeding and cancelling the account and invalidating all action in the account, as it should have been done from the start.
[21:32] Lola Lennon: That is the procedure when we close an account due to jurisdiction.
[21:33] Lola Lennon: We are sorry this has been the case, but the decision is final.
[21:33] Lola Lennon: I escalated to the security team and to the new management specifically and carefully reviewed your deposit and withdrawal total in order to determine if any funds were still owed.
[21:34] Lola Lennon: At the moment, the decision is final and access to the account will be removed.[21:35] Lola Lennon: At the moment, I will proceed and close the chat.
[21:37] Lola Lennon has left the conversation

I still have access to the account, but likely not for long. I have taken some screenshots, showing balance and history. Not sure what my options are here as I'm lost for words at the moment.

When a book doesn't practice good risk management and is broke there isn't anyone that can help. Sad what's happened to this once solid book.

    Check your request
My, after month (30 days), was cancelled

Please note that payouts for recreational players are currently being prioritized over professional players, which has contributed to the longer-than-usual processing time. This meant that your request was left pending and, because of a default set up on the cashier, the request expired after 30 days. At the moment, you will need to submit the request again. The team is aware of the issue and is notating the account in order to be placed in the same queue order as your original request.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and continue processing payouts as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

I've had the same message. "The Payouts for recreational players are currently being prioritized over professional players" is a convoluted way of saying "we are broke".

    Hello Joseph,

Regarding your request for a withdrawal, The Payouts for recreational players are currently being prioritized over professional players, which has extended processing times. The team is aware of the situation and has noted your account to ensure it remains in the same queue order as your original request.

We apologize for the delay, Sir. The initial timeframe provided was based on standard processing times, but due to the current prioritization of recreational player payouts, some requests are taking longer than expected.

Should you have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help.Warm regards,

    Chad Torres.

Contact support as they will say the withdraw request has expired after 30 days and you need to resubmit your request.

They will apparently put you back where you were in the queue but I doubt it really matters as I still haven't been paid and haven't heard any non-recs getting paid yet.

I am a what they call a non-recreational and was paid $1,000 on Feb 7. But that was before the more recent reports about payments being put on hold to non-recreational players, payment requests expiring etc.

I have a buddy who got paid recently but he’s not limited to the $1k per week which seems to be the group they are deeming “non-recreational”.

I suspect they’re illiquid and relying on deposits to pay out players they want to keep around. Stiffing people comes with massive reputation risk so I think they’re on the ropes.

Just wanted to write that I am experiencing the exact same thing as PunisherIND.

I deposited because they had great bonuses and I ended up clearing the rollover. I made one withdrawal for $2500 without a problem, which was paid within a week. On my second withdrawal attempt, they changed my withdrawal limit to $100/week with a 3 week waiting period.
I complained to support and they adjusted it to $1000/week. I request a withdrawal and they make me wait for 20 days, saying that I am considered a professional player and that they are focusing on recreationals. They eventually pay me, however, in order to create a new request, I have to wait a week on top of the 20 day waiting period to get processed.

I made my third request a month ago, and after waiting 20 days, they expired my withdrawal request, stating that it was "a problem with the provider" and that I should make a new request and look back Monday and shall be re-added to the queue for payment processing.

It looks like if they consider you a "professional", or anyone who was able to clear their rollover without busting basically, they might make you wait 20 days and then expire your transaction and re-add you to the back of the queue to keep you in an infinite loop of never paying.

Use this site with caution (or not at all).

is there any way that it could have expired because something on my end? or more likely their system automatically expires payment requests that are pending 1 month? CS didnt acknowledge it was their fault and implied it was on my end.
i just want to note that 100% it was their fault (or perhaps intention) to reject the payout as expired after 30 days. i just checked my electrum wallet and the request for payment is still pending in my wallet, so there's zero chance this was on my end.

this creates a massive problem if they are taking longer than 30 days to process a payout.
