Anyone Play at BetUS????

I asked them about that. They said it would make no difference. There was another thread from years ago on here where a guy had the same issue. Someone suggested making an equal deposit, do the 1x rollover then withdraw. I brought this up as an option and they said nope.

So why waste any time on it? Take the $125 and be done with them. Winning $125 off of nothing is still not horrible. Be insane on their part to let someone run a free casino chip up into some jackpot win down the road, keeping track of what money a player wins off of a free bet versus an actual cash balance seems to be something books struggle with so I guess they want to avoid the headache altogether.

Big betus problem

I have a tremendous problem with betus at this point. I made a deposit of 300 dollars and also received a casino chip of 25 dollars with a free play of 45 dollars. Fine no problem.

After completing my sportsbook rollover of about 5100 dollars I requested two withdrawals of 5000 and 3600.

I put in the request. I spoke to 3 different reps which all told me not to worry everything is fine. I then spoke to my account manager over the phone at 7:31 pm central time who said yeah it should be done within a few hours everything looks good.

I then got a rejection (canceled) about an hour later. I got an email stating that per your account, your maximum withdrawal at this point is 125 dollars. This is management decision and it is final.

I spoke to my account manager at this point over chat who said sorry, there is nothing I can do, management decision. Please email at custhelp@betus.com.pa to explain your situation.

Hope they do the right thing and pay this out.

I hope you get your money. I have the casino blocked maybe it is good i do. If you deposited $300 that is insane they are saying $125 . I can see if you never deposited and just got a free $25 casino chip but who in their right mind would ever deposit $300 if they knew all they would ever get to cashout was $125 . Please keep us informed because this scares me if they are going back to their old ways that they were a few years ago.

I agree if this is a non deposit bonus, even if they don't say anything, if its 125 dollar payout so be it. However, on a 300 dollar deposit which I did- to say only 125 is our max, sorry, I think that is very wrong.

It is wrong. They are using the $25 casino chip as an excuse it sounds like. I almost got screwed on my bday because they gave me a $50 fp and after that in my inbox there was an offer for a 50% FP . On live chat i found out if i deposited $300 to get the 50% the most i could ever cash out was $250 which was the max on the $50 FP . Which is insane because i can see people depositing and getting screwed over which seems like what is happening to you here. Now i do remember the guy on live chat had to go off few minutes to find out about all this. But still.

So i think the problem is the $25 chip . Did they say to you if you deposit the $300 you will get the $25 casino chip and i guess a FP % on the $300? Or did they put the casino chip in there earlier? I may be wrong but i do not think the problem is the $45 FP i think they are using the casino chip as an excuse to screw you like they almost got me with when they gave me a $50 FP on my bday and i almost deposited $300 to get a 50% FP .

They gave me the 25 dollar chip as extra along with the 45 dollars free play with the deposit of 300 dollars. About 5100 dollars worth of sportsbetting in order to clear the rollover. I will wait on their response tonight/morning.

Please let us know what they say because there have been a couple things lately that seemed crazy and bothered me. Please let us know what they tell you tomorrow i may not deposit here again if things are changing here.

This is BS and wrong if this is the facts. I never had an issue with BetUs but I don't take bonuses. BetUs needs to wake up here Dimagio8 should be able to cash out whatever he wants. Very bad look if this is true.

No response yet from betus this morning or early afternoon. Because of the amount of money that is involved here I'll be checking regularly. I had an issue with them over the summer involving a payout with security measures that took a week but they made it right and paid. This situation is far different.

Will update when I hear anything from betus.

I do not think he is making this up for the fact i almost had this happen to me except with a $50 FP for my Bday. They had put a 50% FP offer in my Inbox. When i went to ask about how the rollover would work because of the $50 FP for my Bday i was told on live chat the most i could withdraw would be the $250 because that is the rule . The person on live chat then asked if i wanted to deposit I of course said no ( because WTF is the point of depositing $300 if all i can take out is $250 ).

Another time on chat i asked about the 50% FP which i have gotten no issues before and the last time i asked i was told i could only get it if i deposited $10000 . No way in hell i will deposit that for a 50% FP. IDK what is happening there but i hope they are not converting back to their old ways where they had endless complaints from screwing people.

Now mind you all this insanity happened with Live chat people not my normal acct manager. But now i am scared to deposit just not because of what is happening to Dimagio but i have experienced some off stuff there this month too and now i am wondering the next time i have a deposit bonus am i going to have to worry they will find some insane loophole not to pay me.

So if you use this chip they limit what you can WD even if you make deposits and bet on sports? Yea penetrate that I'm Going to use this chip on purpose now and I want them to try and pull this with me. Then we will get it fixed.

Did they just put that in there ? If so is this something they are doing on purpose to limit deposits. Because something tells me if you deposit after they put that there they will limit you . The fact it is in there without you knowing is extremely suspicious.

This place was real Shady back in the early 2000's so I put nothing past them. They have done me right over the past 4 years. Never one problem other than my Crazy Manager calling me on the SB while I have over 5 figures in my acct saying he has a great Bonus and swearing on my VM Theo what's up moron. So maybe something is wrong. I'm not even eligible for Bonuses at this point.

If they are pulling that then they are fos and need to be exposed here and everywhere. Yea i am wondering that too something seems off this month. I hope they do not say the most you can take out is some bs low amount because of the casino chip

I could see them saying you can only win so much from this BS chip they give you in the Casino if it was put in free but it should have nothing to do with how much you can withdraw after you meet your SB Rollover.

That is the thing i never had an issue either but this month is when all this is happening. Dimaggio had this incident and i almost fell for that. As well as being told i need to deposit $10000 to get a 50% FP which makes me wonder are they trying to get large deposits to pay people . The other thing that bothers me is the person on live chat asked if i wanted to deposit knowing i would never get more then $250 . All this in this month.

Im having difficulty requesting payout last 2 days.

When I request payout after entering the code they send me it shows error sign.

First day they recommended me to clear cache and use different browsers which I explained to them I did and its not my issue.

They told me they will look into it and contact me. No update so I contacted them after 24 hours.

They now told me it could be a system glitch as they tried new system. They told me to wait another 24 hours to fix the issue.

I will contact them tommorow morning and will see what happens.

Was always paid by BetUS numerous times so I am not worried but after reading bunch of negative posts about them recently kinda makes

me tilt my head.

That is how i feel i got 3 payouts one for the $10000 i won at the slot did $5000 2xs for that and one other from Sportsbetting for $5000 and was not really worried until this month

Did you lose your deposit + free play and then run the $25 casino chip up? If so- that's why you have the max payout of $125.

I know the rules, I am a diamond player there (also won 300 dollars in the loyalty casino tournament this past weekend- they will not pay that either).

I DID NOT lose my deposit and free play. If that were the case, it could be different. Again, 5100 dollars in SPORTS to clear not the casino.

Also been about 36 hours and still no response from them.

After 80 hours I was able to request withdrawal and was paid within 4 hours after request.

They said it was system glitch and apologized for taking too long to fix it.

They paid so thats all I need.

Dimaggio8 is getting screwed over right now period. He ran up a small deposit into almost 10k. This is wrong on every level and he should be paid with no ?s ask. He met the rollover. They paid me too but that doesn't matter. This is total BS the guy should be paid anything he wants or Betus is fos and I got way more than 10k there. Pay him

I said thats all "I" need for "me". "Never once I said thats enough for others to consider playing in BetUS."

If what other people are claiming are true than thats another matter and needs to be investigated for sure.

Just a quick update for all. My situation with betus has been solved and I have been paid. Thank you to all those for your support.
