You must be thinking of something else.

Betfred is very respected, been around more than 50 years, and after Bet365 is the probably the second largest independent "family owned" bookmaker in the world.

I think you can be very confident they will pay you if a rep said that. If they had any concerns about KYC she definitely would not use those words.

If they don't come through for you, PM me and we can probably get a manager to get involved.

3 days is hardly worth fretting over. Some of these books still use carrier pigeons to pay via bitcoin.

Its not the best site tbh. slots are dead, the site is glitchy, payment glitchy. Not same day like others are doing.
wouldnt bank on what she said, unless its actually processed on your withdrawal page
