People seem to be having trouble using critical thinking in this thread for whatever reason, but generally (I assumed people would be able to figure this out from context clues) a sportsbook will payout, especially high paying customers, but in the long run they will win, you will run dry, or if you find any way to win they will not hesitate to screw you over in a heartbeat. It is best to not give them money in the first place.

its just sick how fast BOL pays out these days. Also they have great communications with SBR plus Dave on twitter being great resource when issues come up. OP is trying to pull a fast one. He and everyone else here knows you can not enter tournamnets with 2 accounts on differnt skins. If I was trying to "pull a fast one" I would not have admitted to doing so. Again, critical thinking skills. I explained multiple times (I'll do it again just for you, try reading this time since judging by your post you have a bit of trouble reading...and spelling) that I spoke with BOL representatives for assurance before I entered the same tournaments with a betonline and sportsbetting account, and was told on multiple occasions that it was fine, then banned with no warning as soon as I made a deposit. Regardless of this, I never actually earned any money doing this, I am just concerned about the money I deposited (which was not betonline's) which was confiscated and never returned.Comment -
Im trying to understand this - you can only have 1 account at either BOL or SB? I use both accounts daily, they spam the shit out of you with those bullshit BJ tournaments. Whats the big deal if he played on both accounts - theirs no mathmatical edge?
They need to clarify you can only have 1 account between books when signing up. When I signed up years and years ago I didnt know they where sister books.Comment -

I don't know what I expected posting here, but it's clear that after submitting a claim and waiting for three weeks with no response, even after providing all of the information asked for, and even opening a thread pleading my case that no one here cares. I was a VIP betonline customer for years, then account closed and money stolen without warning. From my point of view I filed a claim on this website immediately upon signing up, detailing all of the information that it had asked for. Then, after not hearing any response to my claim I sent you a private message on the 19th (as you can see), giving you the information you asked for in this thread. I was under the impression that you were in charge of claims, and claiming that I messaged you multiple times (with the information you asked for) is clearly not a lie. Again, I was nothing but forthcoming in this thread. I messaged you on 10-2-2021 because I submitted a claim over a month ago and still haven't even received any reply or update. I suggested it was bit harsh to be penalizing him without warning if he had indeed been playing from both accounts for a long time. And if the balance was unrelated to those contest winnings.
BOL agreed and say Jayee has been asked to not try and play the same tourney from both accounts in future, and re-enabled..Comment
