Spain courts have made orders like this before.
One of the plaintiffs said that in the end Bet365 just found another legal angle to restrict the accounts again.

I have decided to open a new post about this, because i think its an important notice and that can help people outside spain to have their limited accounts back again after a judicial process against the betting house that limited you for being a winner, as you can see in this notice:

The situation right now in august 2021 in Spain is the following:
The situation has changed from what happened in 2019/2020 where even if bet365 had to re open winners account due to law decision they invented new unfair terms to close the winner accounts again.
Now since end/middle of 2020 they cant do anything about law decision to restore winners accounts and many winners in spain are playing with their winners account without any limit, specially in bet365 but many other gambling houses are also ****** up.
The problem? This is a process where you have to pay around 600 euros to lawyer company which is a lot of and the most annoying thing is that minimum it will take you 10 months or even 1 year/More to have your account back again, but at least with time and money you can have your account again and play without restrictions.
This is becoming a "big" business in spain and laws company are getting "rich" because what they are doing now is every 2 months approx make a group of plaintiffs with 20 or 30 guys that pay every of them around 600 euros and they go to judgment against bet365 and normally after 10 months or even a year/more the law decision is unrestrict winners account and for the moment bet365 didnt find any solution for this, we will see what happens in future.
So i really reccomend even if you are not from spain and you have the money and the patience for it, find a good lawyer that are specialist in gambling terms and condition and go against them in a judicial process because the normal thing is that you will your acc restored again like its happening in spain, but be carefull because there are also appearing in spain lawyers firms that promise you to solve everything in 3 months and its a fraud because this is impossible to be resolved in such time, in spain judicial process are really slow so you really have to select a serious law firms that are expert in gambling terms and condition like i said.
I will use this thread to put updates about situation in spain and if bet365 find new dirty ways to close winners accounts again, but for the moment many winners that decided to enter in this process are now playing without limits with their old limited account.

I don't necessarily agree with your recommendation to fight this outside of Spain. Every country is going to be different, and it's a case-by-case basis. You could be throwing your money and time into the toilet.Comment
