Yea i do hope you get the rest or at least some more. I got screwed a couple years back at a newer casino i lost maybe $4000 then hit for $4500 . They screwed me and did not give me a dime. So at least that did not happen to you . I smeared them all over SBR posting all their lies . They made the mistake of leaving me voice messages that were threatening i posted them on here too. I did not get my money but at least i got the satisfaction of exposing them to everyone else. IDK where they would be on here now but some of them were pretty entertaining. You got me wrong. My question was why you said that CEG would investigate MYB if there is no investigation at all.

It's not like that it's important but I want you to be aware of the fact that
a) CEG is not the master-license holder of MYB and
b) CEG are crooks themselves who are siding with the casino in 99 of 100 cases.

So just don't expect any help from them.

CEG informed me this morning revising their initial comments about requesting for Betsoft to respond and MYB Casino being a part of that response. Instead, they want me to file a complaint with either the casino itself (obviously a total waste of time), or the licensor of MYB Casino (which is Gaming Curacao). I sent a generic inquiry / request / complaint to GC's information sales online since there doesn't seem to be an apparent way to formally file a complaint on GC's website. Independently, I have sent a complaint to Betsoft, including to some of their technical and corporate managers. That was done last night and again this evening. So far, no response.

What really needs to be done if for SBR to jump in and call + email MYB Casino / My Bookie and place a ton of pressure on them to do the right thing and pay me; as they are getting blasted on this forum and their rating will surely drop dramatically over this matter.

MYB Casino / My Bookie will continue to get terrible PR from this. My case will only exponentially increase how many people will never play with them or pull all of their money out as fast as possible to protect their balances.

After realizing i was not going to get paid i made it my mission to post everything here and screw them out of as many future clients as i could. The more i posted the madder the guy got. Most of those are a "buy bonus" spin game option" with some having a 5, 7, 10, or 15 bonus spin side game if you land a "natural" 3-bonus spin. I've seen this guy before too. Always smiling like he knows he can rip any card in his favor at any point in time. These third-party live casino operators placed dudes and dudettes from the street, and slap a dealer's costume on them, and give them a five-minute crash course on how to deal cards. I'm sure part of the training crash course is to show them the little button near the shoe that probably would hold a "10" or an "ace" whenever they need it. The rooms they deal these games in look like garages or empty building floors with some nuevo background to make it look "Vegas-like".

Yes. Because it was legitimate winnings. Then they decided to stop paying me. Only reason why the payouts stopped. Probably because they are in financial trouble or something. They still owe me the money either way. SBR is helping to try and get it back for me. Very pleased about their efforts and willingness to help!
