MY BOOKIE ISSUE-same problems that several others have dealt with

We have seen two reports of this here on SBR. Both were resolved to the players satisfaction.

My case is identical to what happened to other SBR customers. I sent them links to their posts and everything else involved with my account.

They finally responded basically saying my account was hacked.
There is 0% that this happened as i use 1password which i highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay safe.
Never typed a password, never shared my password....

Still waiting for SBR to review my Complaint submitted to SBR on March 13, 2021; hoping that SBR will intervene and contact MYB Casino / My Bookie to help get back my full balance of $210,085.70 that they seized from my account on March 31, 2021. (Account is still disabled)

Exact same thing for me. The seized my balance of $210,085.70 on March 31, 2021 and have disabled my account for over 5 weeks now. They claim that Betsoft slot games that I played had glitches for nearly a year and decided to seize my entire balance. This comes after I took 42 payout of $2,000 per week for a total of $84,000. They still owe me $210,085.70.

I hope you get your money. SBR is also working on my case with My Bookie. They seized $210,000+ from my account 7 weeks ago.

Dave Portnoy had an ego breakdown when MyBookie said they would take his bet in reply to his humble twitter brag about not being able to get a 250k bet down at any Minny state book. He just ranted back that they were "illegal" (which shows from the outset the guy is a clueless moron about what offshore is). It was his followers who made the actual complaints.

MyBookie never advertized with Portnoy for him to refuse to take their ads.

But his poor buddy (forgotten name) who did earn money advertising MyBookie got SHAMED into stopping taking those ads by the internet people like you... who thought Portnoy had any clue, or honor.

No one involved in that ridiculous stunt came out looking good. Least of all Portnoy.

Just to refresh my memory.

Portnoy made one comment one time about the book being illegal,

Mybookie Twitter account hit him up one hour before post time and said they would take the bet if he somehow got $250,000 worth of bitcoin, in 60 minutes.

Sounds like a Fool's errand to me.

If my bookie was a real bookie they would know that Dave Portnoy is a man of his word and give him that quarter M on credit since they're the ones extending the bet and basically interjecting themselves into the drama.

Just my take on things. I know you run this show optional. If you don't like my post delete it.

Mybookie knew there was no way Portnoy I would ever be able to Pony up that amount of Bitcoin in such little time and they were basically doing it for advertising purposes since Portnoy has over 10 million followers on all platforms.

It backfired on them and now they are the laughing stock of the bookmaking world.

As I said earlier if you want to make a big publicity stunt against Portnoy obviously you do it on credit either way it's going to pay off.

Just my take on things.

I honestly do not think trying some group effort is a great idea. I'd guess both the bookmakers and Betsoft will start claiming you all knew each other or learned about the flaw at the same place or are a syndicate etc.

I would first suggest to everyone affected to contact the Malta Gaming Authority independently and ask to be given access to the Betsoft nominated ADR service all Malta licensed entities must offer and must abide by decisions of. And all hit that service the same week.

A whole bunch of independent people making similar complaints will work better I think.

I have already done that and have sent several emails to all Parties....MGA, Betsoft, My Bookie.....no response other than MGA stating that I need to get the ADR information from My Bookie and/or Betsoft. Both of them have been quiet. I have even emailed a few of Betsoft's leadership directly explaining the matter and asking for the ADR information. This includes the Betsoft Operations Manager (whom is tied to all of the MGA audits and other Betsoft gaming matters).

Also, the assigned SBR rep whom is handing my account has not communicated with me for nearly two weeks. I have sent him a few emails with updates, asking him for what he has uncovered on his side and whether he has communicated with My Bookie or Betsoft.

Perhaps you can track him down and see what the latest is? Let me know if you need his name and email address if you don't known whom at SBR is assigned to my case.

I also sent you a private messages about 5 days ago about this.
