I tried to withdraw my bitcoin from Fortunejack and for the first time they want me to confirm a withdrawal via email. I replied to their request for confirmation but they said the reply must be from the same email address.
I can’t send outgoing emails from the email address attached to the account. It’s an old email address from school that gets forwarded to my gmail. I cannot change the email address on my fortunejack account. I asked them to send the confirmation to the telephone number associated with my fortunejack account. So far I haven’t heard back.
