Recently Betonline.ag cancelled the IND/MIA O/U line due to a palpable error. I understand this is common and fully accept that. However, the way Betonline has handled grading of parlays is inconsistent, and guarantees I lose money no matter how I had bet.
Parlays that initially won were cancelled in their entirety. The winning leg did not pay out. Parlays that initially lost were still graded as losses. In other words, Betonline cancelled a leg due to a palpable error (fairly), but kept all money from losses, and did not pay out any money from other winning legs in those parlays. An example of each here: [https://imgur.com/a/cVJSkH0](https://imgur.com/a/cVJSkH0)
I was told the decision by Betonline was final, and that I have no further potential for recourse. They "apologize for the inconvinience." I lost about $500 just due to this inconsistent grading. I believe they either need to cancel all parlays, or grade all parlays based on the non-cancelled leg. The mixed grading practice is illogical, and egregiously benefits them
I know that Betonline is graded an A+ bookie and have heard good things, so this seems like either a genuine oversight on their end, or thinly-veiled theft.
