    I've mentioned my issue with LowVig in the balance boost thread, but it's at the point where it deserves its own topic. I opted in for the boost when I signed up at LowVig in May and have not received it. I have politely emailed them 3 times asking for someone to look into this: on 7/23, 7/25, and 8/2. I have received no response at all from customer service, I've only received the automated email replies from them stating a rep will be in contact within 24 hours. This type of poor customer service is unacceptable, scary that LowVig can basically just ignore all email correspondence on an issue when that is the only way to contact them. I filed a complaint with SBR on 07/29, received only an automated response, and then replied to that email asking for an update on 8/2 and have heard nothing at all. Can anyone at SBR please help with this?

      It's been "playing out" for two weeks now and not even a reply. I'd say that's more than enough fair time, it should've been resolved by now or at the very least, someone could have contacted me from LowVig to tell me it's being worked on.

        You filed a complaint. Give SBR time. Did you opt in before they stopped it? Did you take a payout?

          Yes I opted in and no I did not take a payout. I had the same issue with Betonline but they corrected it quickly because I was able to talk with someone on live chat. Sportsbetting was the only one that credited automatically, they must have some type of tracking issue on the opt ins from people with accounts at several of their books. And I hear you on giving SBR time, I'm not jumping down anyone's throat here just raising some awareness because I feel like I can't withdraw anything until this is resolved. Also, I'm worried that they won't apply all of the bets I've made the past couple weeks towards the roll when the boost is eventually credited.

              that would bother me about not getting responses to my emails when the only way the book corresponds is by email. hope it works out for you.

                      1000%. email only is actually fine, just have prompt email responses (at least during working hours). Pinnacle used to be like this back in the day (maybe still are)

                        I still haven't heard anything at all from LowVig or SBR, still have not received the boost. I haven't tried contacting LowVig again since my third attempt without a response. I sent a second email to SBR on Tuesday asking for an update on my complaint and have not received a reply. Optional, would you be able to take a look at this please?
