That’s a helluva run from $25 to $1100 but the title of your thread says it all. Let me ask you this, even if the free play was legitimate wouldn’t the winnings be capped at $250? I don’t know, haven’t played at DSI since they split with bookmaker but I’ve read dozens of threads just like yours.

Non-deposit Freeplays have 3x Rollover attached. If winnings are greater than the freeplay amount. The 3x rollover applies to the winnings.- A $25 Freeplay has a max cashout of $250.- A $50 Freeplay has a max cashout of $500.- A 100 Freeplay has a max cashout of $1000.

That's disappointing but you have not read the terms. There is a max payout on no deposit bonus offers there. It should be $250 for the $25 offer.

Why exactly did they say you were ineligible? Was there a requirement that you had to have made a deposit before a certain date to validate the bonus?

Yes it was the super bowl AFC vs NFC free play thing...I would have had to made a deposit and certain wager back in Jan or Feb so this was something that never should have made it into my account...I honestly didn't know...But how did I play for 2 weeks roll it over like 6x to cash it out of bonus money to "real" money then bet another week and a half (3 1/2 total) without someone stopping me...I made my first withdrawal attempt and was told I need to send my I'd and proof of address still no one stopped this a week later on my 3rd try....I didn't need their $25 dollar I would have staked myself had I know with a lack of live sports thier mistake costed me a lot of money...and if all's I could cash out was $250 then give me that offer me something how are they gonna turn around and be like hey you can always despoit with your credit card... Really!?!?!?

A few months back a few people came on here who had missed the deposit deadline on that same bonus and DSI were really flexible them. Can't promise anything on their behalf but if you are interested in depositing $250 now to play there they may honor the $250 max on that bonus as they did back then. I can put you on to the right man to ask there if so.

Just done something similar to me.
They gave me a $25 free bet for the Woods v Mickelson pro-am thing a few weeks back. My bet won and i won a couple of more bets to get my balance to £250. Just been on livechat to ask if the rollover has a time limit and was told i was banned from bonuses and that it had been cancelled. My browser crashed before i had chance to tell the guy what i thought.
Complete waste of time.
