First was no Bitcoin 5% added upon deposit. Actually lost a little on transfer a month ago.

Then even after live chat assured me I would be credited that day the 10% horse rebate, I never was.

Now today I get 2 text to bet the eating contest. Just to find out the bet doesn’t show up anywhere after I win.


None of this is major money but dang if you can’t get the little things right how can I trust the big things when sports re-open.

that was the best promo ended 3/31 or so now back to 7% ...Payouts have still been very fast 10 mins my last btc one took. One thing that irritates me though is all the info they need in chat when you ask a basic question. it's a balance boost, they are supposed to add 20% to everyone's balance once USA pro sports resume, if you didn't make a withdrawal during virus shutdowns

When I bet some and nothing was adjusted on my rollover tracker. I then went to live chat and they told me that esports does not count towards rollover. I mentioned that given little/no sports going on maybe they should reconsider? He agreed and said he would pass along the request. I don't expect them to change it.

No, they were not live bets.

There were no terms regarding esports on the mailer that i received.
