BOL 20% balance boost

Just chatted with them, they are now saying Monday. Unbelievable.
At first they told me today sometime. Not cool. Just honor your agreement man, opening day of any major sport. Shouldve been yesterday.

Not worried, just honor what you say or dont run promo at all; just no reason to delay when you state on FIRST game of major sport returning. Why is this so difficult to do?

Anyone else having trouble with BetOnline Boost? I received mine with them and Sportsbetting just fine but one of my friends lost his balance in May of about $5,000 then deposited $100 again about two weeks before baseball started and they only gave him $20.

It's supposed to be on the highest balance which means he should be getting 20% of $5,000 not 20% of $100.

He sent an email but they responded to him it goes on the $100 because he didn't keep a balance in the account for a few weeks.

If no pay outs he should be good. Now if he took a casino bonus that may be the problem?

I'd have to hope so. I mean, there is a very good chance he will just lose it at casino anyways but he's entitled to the boost on largest balance and not just the $100 he deposited before sports came back

Hey Optional, There not giving it to me, I started with just over $4000 in March lost it all, made a small deposit 4 days later and they said since I went broke I'm not eligible. I put in a complaint to SBR, but I don't know where to go from here.

I had no problem with rollover. Completed it yesterday and made a withdrawal. It's not a deposit bonus so you won't see the RO on the calculator. All you need to do is bet 5x the bonus given and you're good to go.

Ok, thanks for the input HedgeHog. I wasn't sure if all the bets I've been making over the weekend had been counting, but if you've cleared yours then that gives me a little more confidence that it's being calculated somewhere in the BOL system. Thanks for heads up.

If you bet heavy juice, then they're crediting the potential win only. They'll give credit to whichever is lower....the bet or potential winnings.

They used to give you credit for the risk/win, whichever is lower, but they have a listed rule change for mlb and nhl that only half the wager counts towards roll over now. I was wondering if they are enforcing this.

Wow...what a shitshow indeed. Got mine full as promised from BOL. But I was quite active during soccer season. DSI waiting for tomorrow, will update thread. It seems they are picking and choosing (BOL) instead of original rules stated. Thats not cool dude.

Very strange for sure. I busted my BOL and Sportsbetting account several times throughout. Reloaded a day or two later and had no issue getting credited the 20% boost on both.

Doesn't make sense why my friend or Rabiddog33 here would have any issues. Did his 3 days where he wasn't funded really make a difference? That's pretty sad if they are saying it did. My friend lost $5,000 in casino games, you'd think they'd prefer to give him the boost over someone who didn't bet and just kept the account funded.

Doesn't seem fair at all especially when looking at the terms.

So far, yes. But as far as I know he didn't hear back after sending another email to them. Would be very silly if he doesn't see the 20% boost on the balance he had through May.

It’s so absurd that I have to think it’s a mistake. Especially with such a solid book, perhaps it hasn’t gotten management’s attention yet, so no one is setting it straight. Hopefully SBR can help.

Live chat making it sound like they can't find my opt-in which is ridiculous, I opted in on all three and followed all the rules. BOL said they were escalating to a supervisor and I haven't heard anything since. LowVig can't even be bothered to reply to my email (I sent it on Friday). I'll be contacting a supervisor this afternoon if I have time, if not tomorrow. I'll be submitting a complaint if they don't make it right.

When you opted in, did you use your email address or your 3 account numbers? The text entry box allowed either one.

Account numbers because I have the same email at all 3. I also clicked the button several times at all of them to ensure no problems yet here we are. Hopefully this gets corrected soon.
