Anyone knows what happens if you have an existing rollover from a freeplay, do they just stack the rollover from the 20% (or 10%) boost on top of that?

For the people that got the first 10% already was the rollover what they expected it to be?

I once made a new deposit with BOL when I still had a rollover from a previous bonus. They stacked them, it was no big deal.

To be clear. Non-US/Canadian citizens that opted in are eligible for this right? There was nothing in the T&C about it and I asked CS chat about it first before opting in and depositing. But now I'm also having doubts as I didn't get an email yet...it would really suck if they were to amend the conditions to exclude non-US/Canadians.

I would not draw any hard conclusions from one person telling you this. You know how bad these front line CS people are. It doesn't make any sense as the whole point of honoring highest balance was to promote people gambling. And you're correct that it's nowhere in their terms. I'd bet -1000 that the person who told you this is mistaken.

When I asked them about this this was the email the sent me:

In order to qualify you are required to have funds in the account. The amount to receive will be calculated based on the highest daily balance in the account at any time during the period from March 21st, 2020 until the first game of season restarts. Daily balance is calculated at 11:59 PM ET each day.

I also received this email:

That helps. So it seems you can run out of funds during the promotion period (as I would have expected). But you have to have a funded account at the moment they award the bonuses. I'm not sure that second part was stipulated in their promo terms - I'd have to check. But whatever, I'll just make sure that's not an issue.

Per BetOnline:

1. The 20% will be put in the players’ accounts on the first day of NHL/NBA/MLB – whichever sport returns first.
2. If none of those sports return, we will honor it on the first day of regular season NFL.
3. The 20% is calculated based on the highest balance amount at the end of any given day between March 21st until the sports return. The final amounts to be credited will be determined on the day before the first regular season game of any sport listed above.


As a reminder there's a 5X rollover and max $5,000 on this.

I agree with everything you said here. But isn't it worth making sure you have like $20 bucks in your account just so you don't have to deal with any potential hassle?

Live chat told me yesterday that they're gonna apply the boosts sometime next week, and not on wednesday. Let's see what happens. My dumbass made a withdrawal by accident during this the covid months so I ruled myself out of the boost.
