#72I guess it’s time to SbrForum to step up, if they can, of course. I need these funds, At this point, I don’t even care about the account but I really need these funds asap. So if Sbr could tell me what to do, I would be glad. What is clear is I can’t stay 60 days per say waiting for Betfair without nothing to stop it this wasting of time.
Thanks in Advance.Comment -

#73Just for my understanding when you put 65K in your betfair account your intent was to play with the whole sum?
I just don't understand why you put so much money in it, books are not bank and should not be used as suchComment -

When you are winning you dont win betfairs money but obviously you dont get it. Betfair gets % of every bet made, they dont care if you win or lose, they always win. Its a betting exchange that Kovac is using, not a sportsbook.Comment -

#83What he is dealing with has nothing to do with the nonsense you wrote. "betfair does not like winners"

If Alfa1234 is right and 99.9% of the liquidity on betting exchanges comes from the provider of the exchange itself, then it's more than obvious why exchanges don't like winners.Comment -

I always thought the same way. But someone opened an interesting thread the other day: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...-business.html

Maybe they suspect multople accounts and money laundering, in my opinion this can be the only reason.
Normally they are happy with high volume players.Comment -

#88I lodged a complaint with SBR twice but they seem they don't want or they can't assist me. Which is fine. They, have however, all the legal papers to verify my sources of wealth. I'd like to have a statement on that. Since this is the matter.
Betfair doesn't have anymore a phone number, at least not for VIP customer as far as I know, so it's impossible to talk to them. The kind operator of Betfair.it was way more useful in the matter, at least she tried.
Following legal advice, I contacted both MGA and IBAS on the matter even if Betfair also REFUSES to issue a deadlock letter on the matter.
There is nothing else I can add and I will add. SBR, as Skrill, where I remember I'm a VIP diamond member, have my papers and can verify them in any moment.Comment -

And what is your legal advisers plan here? To try and get the UKGC or MGA issued regulations overturned? I'd suggest getting a new legal adviser if so. You need a decision or deadlock email to go forward. Unless you plan to lodge a court claim right now. And again, I'd find a new legal adviser if that is their suggestion.
Does your legal counsel know you are also asking SBR to act on your behalf?.Comment -

I am for some 17 years already a VIP Betfair customer and having the VIP telephone number (but will not display it here). Though they closed normal phone customer support, the VIP support is still available there. Also you can email them to vip@betfair.com.Comment -

That numbers (from Betfair'website) are for TELEPHONE betting. It is not customer service support. I called them few times (before I got the VIP number - it is different, not one of that above) though they promised they never really helped.Comment -
