    Bovada has the worst customer service of any book around
    I sent an email 3 weeks ago asking about a bonus and it took like 5 days to respond by the time it happened bonus had already been passed. I sent another email about the site having technical difficulties and no reply, I sent another about using this card that keeps declined no reply. If you want help from a book look another place this site has turned into a joke.

    Dont email them, just call the 800 #.

    They always answer and are very helpful.

          Had problem w email w them too.

          That being said they're still the best I've done business with.

            Why are people so afraid to just call the book? Of course an email is going to take a while to get a reply. Do people not use phones to call anymore? I don't get it.

              Yes these young kids these days are afraid to pick up the phone and make a phone call. They would prefer everything done over texts so their little feelings don't get hurt

                  Okay, fine. That's where chat comes into play. If something is time sensitive, I'm never going to send an email when there are other options available.
