Now 23 days and counting without any resolution, called CS today, and after being placed on hold for 10 minutes was told a $300 credit would be placed in my account (again). They were unable to give a firm timeframe for restoring accounts, according to them it is being done on an account to account basis, and therefore is very time consuming.

I had been short money in my account since the database failed. They finally added back the balance a week or so ago, now they took it away again.

They seem to add an amount..I have found it to be $300... to use for betting. After a few days it is removed on the basis that the account will be restored and needs to be at the original balance when that occurs.
The problem is they have not restored all accounts (including mine) and we are now approaching 5 weeks without access to our funds. I lost most of the $300 credit they gave me and my account now shows -282 when the correct balance should be over $400.

Over the weekend I have a few back and forth emails and these guys finally did the math correctly and have my balances correct as of right now. Hopefully they don't continue to mess with it. They should still give up something for the trouble though

They now have my balance exactly as it should be, including my previously missing pending bets. Their history section doesn't show all the bets from the affected period, but they have corrected the balance and pending. They texted me and called me to tell me of the corrections. Hope it sticks this time. I hope they straighten it out for everyone. Thanks SBR for any assistance you gave.

They just took away the $629 in winnings from the NFL draft AGAIN in the last day or so, and my account is now $629 short. I have not put in a bet since the NFL draft. Should I put in the complaint form again? This is the second time they had fixed my account, and have now messed it up again.

Now the correct balance has been restored again. Thanks for the offer. Hopefully it will stay correct this time.

They still have not at any point returned my account to the proper balance, have given me a $300 credit a couple of times and then taken it back. Always the excuse they are restoring the accounts one at a time and eventually will get around to mine. Approaching 5 weeks now.
At what point do you start to think that they may never return the money?

They fixed it, and they promise this time it's a permanent fix. Hopefully it is.

I'm zeroed out again, I guess it was a temp credit that expired, I'm done with it.
