Bet-IBC explained the fees. There was an extra 5% as "priority deposit" speed was requested on top of the regular 5% bitcoin fee and 1.5% PS3838 load fee.
This seems to have been the start of the problems as the OP got on live chat quite aggressively with customer service when it had not been credited after an hour. There were several interactions in the days after that where it escalated to very strong language and racial abuse.
Bet-IBC is most concerned about one staff member who was apparently quite upset by it all.
As a result they imposed an additional 10% fee, which they say is allowed under point 15 of their terms of service.
The owner says that he understands that this looks bad but is less concerned about any bad publicity than being seen by his staff to be supporting them.
But he has agreed to drop that extra 10% fee if the OP would be willing to email a genuine apology to his staff.
They also say the 5 euro limits are only there as they have requested KYC docs and got no response. As soon as ID is provided the limits will be restored to normal.
