Bad enough I was SCAMMED out of 9000 , had 19000 in my bonus cashier and when transferred so I could put it towards the rollover the scumbags told me I’m only allowed to transfer 10000 . I said ok something that could have been said ahead of time and then when I asked them to put it back they said “it can’t be reversed “ no I am owed 9500 . Cashed out 5000 bc that’s what scumbags do they limit you per week. Well I did this TWO weeks ago. One jerkoff agent told me they are just waiting to fix a “glitch” and the other agent told me I’m in the queue yet not one person can tell me an actually day. Do NOT use

I agree that their $10000 max bonus win rule should be more clearly disclosed. But from hard learned experience you won't get anywhere trying to convince them to change that one.

We have not seen any other reports of DSI slow pays in recent weeks so I am guessing they might be simply hoping you lose some back. I'd be surprised if they don't actually pay you eventually.

Awfully disrespectful way they treat customers caught out by this. Most feel exactly like you do right now.

Have a buddy who's doing his first cashout with DSI, he's down around $30k in 2 years but finally completed a rollover. Balance is around $10k and he's been waiting over a month for his first $5k cashout. They have no expected payment date and told him "you'll get it when we send it".

Cashed out may 22nd! Still waiting for my 5000 , these fucking scumbags say “ Your is in line Payouts gets process as they come in” They will also scam you out of bonuses and not tell you can only transfer 10k of bonus to regular cashier , so when they transfered my 19k, they failed to mention they just pocket anything over 10k . Do NOT use this sportsbook , used to be good but new ownership has ran it right into the ground . I don’t know how they are still in business . Bookmaker and heritage remain the best .

may 22 asked for the fuckin withdraw !
              first they scammed me
out of 9k with the “bonus”! second first cash out of 5000 took almost 2 weeks to receive ,third this is the second and last withdraw from these scumbags and STILL in the “queue “ from may 22 ! Do NOT use these lousy scumbags ! I hope they are all put out of business and living on the street .

this is what a gentleman said about these lowlifes
Unfortunately DSI is not a player friendly book. It's just as likely someone who has taken a dislike to you is holding it up on purpose as any glitch, the way they operate.

They have refused to mediate problems with SBR for many years now.

They rarely do not pay up in full once they have approved the first part payment though, so just waiting it out is probably the way to go.

              Regards,

Does anyone actually send money offshore anymore? Perhaps I have a unique situation with brick/mortar down the street and multiple apps, but all I hear is people getting scammed. Is the offshore industry doomed? How does a business owner pay rent and make payroll when, at best, the customers are scalping and line shopping?
