Why do they want bank statements? Has a payout not arrived and they want to see the statement to prove it?

They have not even sent me a notice telling me they have paid me like they always did.

This is on their end not like them at all.

That is an unusual one for them.

Not sure what to suggest apart from do it I guess.

I think I would like to know why they wanted my bank statement first though.

It sounds like there has been a bit of a communication breakdown.

I'm 99% sure they have tried to pay once.

Offshores have to use "gambling friendly" banks and sometimes wires get rejected by an intermediary bank along the way who will not deal with them.

The reason they are asking for the bank statement is to speed up the process of getting the payment processor to clear the first one as cancelled and issue a new payment.

You will still eventually get your money, but it can take weeks for the process to complete naturally via the system.

I fairly sure that's the situation as that is the only reason I have heard of them asking people for a bank statement.

Have they asked you about using an alternative bank to receive it?

If not, I'd save yourself the stress of possibly going through this twice by giving them a different account next time if that is possible.

I got them the information they said they would get back to me within 48 hours

It was over 48 hours I emailed again they told me they had paid the company that was supposed to send the check.
They said they were looking into it and my bank statement.
How is this my problem?
Next week I will file the claim.
Anyone else having this problem.

Seems to me they want to make sure you didn't cash the check yet...I'm guessing the intermediate company scammed them or lost the check.

Betonline has been having some payout issues for a while now - by issues I mean that they take excruciatingly long as compared to before. I don't know if they are struggling financially compared to before, but what used to take a few days maximum when it comes to payouts now takes quite a bit longer than their maximum estimated processing time they have listed. The last two payouts I made with them both took multiple weeks just for them to even send them out.

It seems like Bit Coin is pretty much the only method that can be used for a very quick payout but according to some, even that is taking much longer than usual now.

Just reloaded my betonline account for there KICKOFF18 50% bonus. No bonus because I have just over 2 times my average bet in account. To find this rule you have to go to" terms and cond." Scroll 15 paragraphs. Then "general rules " scroll 45 paragraphs to find this ridiculous rule. Now have to wait 15 - 30 days for them to return deposit. Diputing deposit with bank monday. Glad I found this thread im finished with them

This happened to me about a year and a half ago. They are assuming you got paid. i had to send a copy of my bank statement as well. They out source there payment division. After i got this resolved i never used themagain. Im amazed it doesn't happen more often.

PRO TIP: Any time I plan on taking advantage of a bonus at ANY book, I contact Customer Support via chat first and ask if there is anything about my account which would prevent it and get confirmation from them that I will receive the bonus. I now have a paper trail. I make it clear in our conversation that the only way I intend to deposit is if they can assure me that I'll receive the bonus.

The same thing that happened to you at BetOnline happened to me. But I then contacted customer support, explained that I deposited the funds under a promise from them that I would receive a bonus, they reviewed the chat transcript and promptly awarded me the bonus.

Thats great advice, will be using it in future with a different book. I don't unerstand why they have this rule. If balance is two times average wager, even if account was 0 they said my future bets count too. So I would never be entitled to reload bonuses. I do understand why they buried it so no one will see it though. I'm looking at 5 dimes (reduced juice) or Heritage anyone have a preference?

Ah. Sounds like the processor may have lost an account if they are asking this of multiple people.

Sometimes can be a bit of a mess working out what has been cashed and what hasn't quickly.

Just give them the statement or wait it out is the only real options. :\

I sent it but it took me a couple times for them to get it through.

I have been trying to withdrawl from betonline.ag for two weeks now. they keep rejecting my requests. the website is either a scam or they want to make it as hard as possible to get money from them. sorry for bumping a super old thread but its one of the top results on google when you look up if they actually pay out.

Since May 16, I have been canceled requests for payments with the wording of the alleged verification. I wrote a complaint here, but it didn’t go further than the request of my login from the representative of this bookmaker.

Did you comtact them and ask for a reason? I find it difficult to believe that they would simply refuse to answer you. That would be an awkward conversation. I just wouldn’t leave until they provided one.

Never dealt with problems here....they just told me to request another payout. Will update.

I received a BTC payout today from BOL. Requested June 8, documents submitted June 8, Documents sent again June 12. All my past payouts were 1-2 days. I hope future ones aren't so slow.

It appears that betonline has a liquidity problem when it comes to paying out in bitcoin. As we all know, bitcoin exchanges do their KYC with large clients and maybe their supplier got cut off.

Evidence supporting this is the fact they are paying 5% above spot price for bitcoin deposits. They NEED bitcoin hence the promotion. It appears they don’t have enough bitcoin to pay people out as many are reporting significant delays of a week or two.

Yes they have enough money to pay people but if everyone deposits with card and other methods and ONLY requests bitcoin payments, you can see the issue here.

Constant delays of 4+ business days appears to be the norm of betonline for the past month or so from the payouts thread. People do not realize how much bitcoin payouts are made per day. A much smaller book Betnow, pays out 250k/day in bitcoin withdrawals, hence why you will often see the withdrawal option unavailable later in the day when the daily quota has been met. I can only imagine how much Betonline processes, probably millions everyday. With that much volume, a supplier issue is very possible.
