I don't see this as a change, they bounced everyone's pending payments back with the change in the software as was reported by a lot of people a couple days ago. They've always limited withdrawals to 2500 per request unless you do a wire.

They obviously aren't likely to pay anyone until football/deposit season, once that starts we'll see, but they did pay me as I said as recently as April.

I had two $2509 checks pending (one from May, one from July) that both got returned to my account when they changed over to their “new payment processor”. They are now telling me I can only process one withdrawal at a time.

I don't believe this guy is owed 140k, where has he been for a year - he suddenly pops up now. Topbet limits you too $800 dollars a bet on most game - there's no way the balance could get that high without hitting some miracle parlay or futures wagers - screen shots or bullshit.

Topbet Payouts

I've used topbet for 5 years, never had any issues with payouts - received 3k from them all in checks. If I read between the lines a little I think what happened is topbet got hit hard when Patriots won the super bowl both in straight bets, parlays, and future wagers. They also likely didn't get many deposits after the NFL season ended for a while - I think the book will be okay.
