10bet dont payout my winnings of 6384 €

Another problem is, in this time I bought a house and so I moved to another address. I cant change it into my account, because 10bet blocked my account early.

Has anybody some tipps to get my money?

He was also forced to send documents by mail to Malta (which BTW is ridiculous). Obviously 10bet paid out when he had involved the European Commission:

Thats right.

I sent them so much documents and they want more and more. When I had only 800 € on account, I never should sent them this documents. I played by a lot of bookmakers and allways my ID Card, neteller account and bill were enough.

I sent them following:
neteller Account
Driving Licence
Driving Licence holding next to my face
ID Card
ID Card holding next to my face
bank statement
utility bill
ID Card, utility bill with stamp from a city here

And then happen so a bullshit? They are not willing to pay out winners.

There are plenty of F-D category bookies in this industry, they don`t want to pay over 1-2k amounts.
and 99% complaints come from Arbers

But I am not a arber. I payed 5 % taxes by 10bet for every bet and so you cant arb.

Always verify your account before making the first deposit. There are way too many stories like this nowadays. Hopefully you'll get your winnings.

The Commission says, that 10bet uses wrong information about them on their website.

Thats really incredible and that shows, that 10bet plays unfair against their own customers.

I looked at the terms and conditions of the company and can understand that you were surprised. In the terms and conditions Vhren is misrepresented on the platform. I communicated this to our colleagues in Malta and asked them if there was any way to communicate this to the company.

Is this really from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission?

You would be best to write to the MGA as a German playing at 10bet.

The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is mostly to help you find the correct legal authority or help you sort out how to approach cross border disputes within the EU.

I rarely see them take any active role themselves.

I wonder if they do mean the MGA when they say "their colleagues in Malta".

In any case, The Malta Gaming Authority is the correct regulator to approach.

The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform says to me, that they will inform their colleagues in Malta and not MGA.

It is really incredible from 10bet , not answer on my dispute. That shows, that 10bet is a scam bookmaker.

MGA referred to MCCAA referred to ECC Germany referred to ECC Malta referred to ECC Germany referred back to MGA and MGA said: "We are not responsible."

It's a pseudo-licensor. Nobody cares about players' rights in the EU. The only way is to sue but legal costs insurances don't bear the costs of litigations which are related to gambling. Ergo you can only sue when you have enough money and the the amount in dispute is high enough that it's worth it. Ergo no one sues and nothing changes. It's a total failure of national public authorities in Malta and supranational control authorities like the EU.

The funny is, that 10bet gives me the web link to fill in the complaint. They dont answer on it, so The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform cant make a decision. No decision, no payout. Thats the way of the 10bet scammers.
