I received a bitcoin withdrawal three hours ago that was supposed to be for $1,833 but in actualy the amount I received was $1,400. There is no excuse for this -- yes BTC has volatility, but the transaction was sent with a high enough fee that it would have confirmed within the first block. It was sent with 220 sat/B.
This means that either Intertops' processor is stealing from them, or Intertops themselves are stealing.
I will be filing a complaint with SBR and will be requesting the remainder of my funds. Intertops are either willfully ignorant or flat out thieves, but either way they are in the wrong here.
