Access to site works. Sign in and get thrown to different pages to re-sign in. Once you hit that lottery number and actually get in, work quick because it signs you back out.

In the past I had no problems there and I'm looking for every reason to give them a deposit. They are giving me every reason to not. Too bad.

Yeah, payouts have still been fine but the problem now is the cashier isn't available at all.

Just use a vpn and have it set at UK and you will be able to log in ...it worked for me

When you cashout they do security check.

One thing they check is for players with multiple accounts.

If your VPN assigns same fake UK or wherever IP address to you and to another player at another time then it can look like same player cheating the book.

Although hopefully in this case they would understand since the book is down all the time.

I had issues placing bets through my PC during the week but they recommended to place them through a tablet and it worked perfectly.

still no go from Canada. still no response from phoning customer service. still betting with what is probably monopoly money on my phone. it's literally been almost three weeks since the site ran normally. they had a couple of days 10 days ago or so where i was able to cash out, got my money quickly as usual, was dumb and left some there, now it's stuck in cyberhell. totally clueless how they are an "A+" book and BetDSI is a C- or a D and I've NEVER had a problem with them. BOL's poker works perfectly but the cashier is a non-starter.

you're lucky, i've spent the past 30 mins trying, maybe 500 times and never got in. maybe you getting in is a sign they are close to fixing whatever their fixing.

Still not able to access cashier section, 403 Forbidden. Mobile and tablet for waging work smoothly, but what's the point of keep placing bet if you have no access to cashier and payout? Also my most recent cyber currency payout went past the 48 hours time frame. I used to be able to access cashier without any problem, but starting from yesterday morning, suddenly got 403 Forbidden all the time. Strange...
