it's interesting story that my cheated friend from Ukraine needs to sent their documents to Russia. It's more convenient to send them to Lviv from Kyiv - it's cheap and take 1 day, but 1xbet support/security department don't accept this offer. They don't want the documents, they want to do everyning they can not to pay money!

I saw in SBR that on the 25^th of May 2018 1xbet bookmaker was upgraded from D- to D, so I thought it was the right moment to start using it.
Now, after some winning, they don’t permit me to withdraw my money and I am stacked in their usual endless verification process.
According with their Terms and Conditions "Verification may take up to 72 hours from the receipt of documents", but it seems that they don't care.

i have the same situation to answer 22 questions online. Now they want the same answers with groundmail.
Makes not much sense - except losing another 4 weeks.

That's it.
If you ask Curacao again, you won't get an answer. If you ask again they will block your mailadress.
