Major I agree, They wont let me do that though it's 3k a week. So if I wait for check it will be seven days from that point were I can get a ** or **. I may request a check if I continue to win. I'm not complaining here as my first request was processed today for **, Im just waiting control number and then and only then can I request another one? So if it takes them 2 days to process my ** then It's 2 days off the week which isnt right I should be able every 24 hours to request a ** if I want it. There is no problem here just wish they had a processor that did a little more money via these methods is all. Even 1500 would be great at one time Im debating on a check as i don't want to go to ** 4 times in a week also. Ill keep everyone posted as Ive been paid everytime I have ask. That is one thing I will agree with... They should withdraw the funds from the account sooner and attempt to speed up the turnaround time between withdrawals. I initially requested a check but accounting was "closed" so the funds were not taken out. This system should be sped up to help with the turnaround or when the volume increases come football season this could get really backed up...

From what I have seen I think you guys will and hope the suggestions are taken as exactly what they are and not bashing you in anyway... Players like instant gratification, whether its the wagers being graded within 10 minutes or if its having the money taken out of their account when they submit a withdrawal. I think if you improve on these 2 aspects this would appease the players tremendously and you would see more happy customers...Comment -

Carl, how are things looking on improving the turn around time for payouts? Do you think there will be some improvements by football season? As I said in my earlier post I think with football and the volume increasing significantly, the way things are done now could be slowed down a lot...Comment -

Accounting have always been closed on the weekends as long as I have been there, so this shouldn't come as a surprise. I don't think Carl dislikes you at all as I am quite sure he is aware that someone has to win a bet and someone has to lose.
As far as transfers I remember reading something about them transferring to 5dimes.Comment -

I think they might do something with the Cris books if I remember correctly... Accounting being closed on the weekends is something they will have to change to continue to pay customers on time if they continue growing. I am sure they are aware of this as well...Comment -
I have been told that we are going to have an option for you but only if our players agree! How about we give reduced juice during Regular Season -107 on all NFL, we would have to keep the bonuses down to a minimum but its up to0 you all!

Carl, I am happy so far and hope that changes continue which will position your book to be even better down the road...
I think offering -107 juice would be a great idea. A player could choose your standard bonus or the player could choose the reduced juice option. This way you can still cater to the recreational player who likes bonuses to extend their bankroll or a more serious player who does not like paying the full juice...Comment -

Is that a dime a day, or Dime for 8 days or a Dime for 10 days on transfers ??? Another ? is why can you only cashout 3k a week via a bank check and 1500 at a time? Also when will moneygram and Westernunion be back to normal. since Ive been here for a little over a month the limits for this have been cut way to much!! From 1500 a transaction which was told to me when I joined to when I did my first payout 750 a transaction but still could get 3k a week, To now 750 every 8 days??? wont that back things up even more come football season?? If you are up 10k It would take u over 2 months to get paid? What about Bank wires? Limits higher for that?? do you offer that??
